I have to say that Galaga is one of my favorite old school games of all time. Frankly, it's quite an addiciting game. I had recently played this game at an arcade, and the highest stage that I had reached in the game was stage 105!
The only way this video could get any better would be if there were some steamy gay stuff goin on in the background. Y'know, maybe if the red ship were gettin' it on with the green ship. ohhhh yeah that would be hot... so hot... omg omg... a;lkjdsjkl;asdfl;kjajkl; DAMMIT I came. oh well, let's see how well frogger could cross the road with my big fat dick shoved down his little throat
I wish I owned an actual Galaga video game cabinet...but I don't so...I ordered Namco Museum DS for the Nintendo DS. I love my DS, so it's all good. *grin*

@38rosemberg erean dos abejas de la derecha, azules, creo que funcionaba en stage 2. Habia que dejarlas vivas y esquivar las balas por unos minutos y despues se acababan las balas para el resto del juego. Me pasaba horas jugando con una ficha en pinamar hasta que venia algun empleado y me sacaba......
I use to play this when I was a kid, I would do the cheat on it..play for hours on a quarter..Then the owner of the aracade would give me shit then shut the machine off...I use to roll the machine and start 0 again.
are you talking about the string and quarter trick, my dad told me about that about that a couple months ago, then they went and installed razors to slice the string
just as mFOrz mentioned, we blew that fuse everytime with that cheat. Our coin-op worked til level 256, then it tied up completely. Lots of fun for 1 D-Mark.
That doesn't actually happen in Galaga. There is in fact a well known cheat where you can proceed through the entire game, unlimited levels, without any enemy fire whatsoever. I've personally used this cheat to roll over 1 million points.. and could play infinitely.. there is no final screen or anything... just a cheat written into the original ROM that has to do with a couple of 'bees' on the first stage...
Galaga was a heck of a game...smart tactic to have your fighter captured then have your nxt ship rescue it to double firepower but its also a risk if ur not a good shooter
