hmm having pronouncing issues isit possible that if you speak a one language that your vocal cords grow or ajust according tot hat language making it harder to learn to speak another language thathas vocal inflections and accent?

Why do you pronounce the "d" in "hode..." but not in "gode"?

Because the teacher obviously is a bit drunk and confused: In Norwegian you can say "hoDe" and "goDe" if you want to speak as if you are reading from a book. In normally spoken language Norwegians say "goe" (soundless "d") and "hue" (soundless "d" - in this case the o changes to an u).

Fyren er fra Kristiansandsområdet - og dialektforskjellene er store: Stavangerfolk skRRigæææ og Ba/ænnnææææ. Kristiansandfolk SkrigeR og banneR. (Stor R = skarre-r)
