this is season 1, the other series opening is the CBS version.....this is Fox's version, different studio's so not a single cartoon

i was a huge fan during season 1 but this intro bites ass by comparison.

it doesnt have the same good vibe, it feels rushed and unfinished.

more of a bill and ted parody than the real deal.

I agree, most totally! There were 13 Hanna-Barbera episodes, only 8 from DIC. What does that tell you? No wonder Bill and Ted were cancelled. Bummer, dude! The H-B series was most bodacious! Triumphant! Superb, even!

They actually had two cartoons, but this one isn't exactly highly thought of. The one before this that aired on CBS was more close to the original movie and had Alex Winter, Keanu Reeve and George Carlin reprising their roles. In this series by DiC, the two guys from the live action series did the voices.

I still find it hard to believe that FOX basically killed off Bill and Ted, and DiC helped cement that with this god awful cartoon, especially since the first season was outstanding.
