I loved Sheamus before he turned face and am still loving him now, maybe even more. Actually, I would say he teeters on he heel/face line. Whatever, he is the best no matter what. And this video is FANTASTIC. Great editing skills.

Sheamus is my favorite wrestler in WWE right now...I feel that the PG rating is SEVERELY holding him back from his true violent Irish potential. He should start using the Fiery Red Hands as a set up for the Brogue Kick/High Cross. Also I feel WWE should put he & McIntyre together reforming the Celtic Connection and hold the tag team titles for at least a year...to help build credibility back into the tag team division. Gosh WWE please get it together!

Oh, and Bruno Sammartino was born in Italy. The Iron Sheik was born in Iran. Bret and Edge are Canadian. Yokozuna is Samoan but was born in Hawaii. I guess nothing before 2002 counted then huh? But yes, he is the first Irish born WWWF/WWF/WWE Champion.

Bret Hart amd Edge are Canadian yes so they are technically foreign to Ameica, but on the same continent. Sheamus is the first over seas champion in a long time yes.

@greatpooman86 Wrong, wrestling, on most aspects is a very real sport. Some punches, kicks and weapon shots are fake (rarely), but everything else hurts like hell. You can't tell me an eight foot drop from a Superplex off the top rope wouldn't hurt.

Foreign, as in out of the continent of North America. Canada, America and Mexico are considered the continent North America. Ireland is considered part of the continent Europe, of course.

You can search this match on YouTube, and at one point you will hear Striker mention that if Sheamus won, which he did, he would be the first foreign WWE Champion in about 16 years, and the first Irish WWE Champion in history.
