Update from my previous post, NLS have now joined with Bad Wolf Corp and have started the t-60 range together, these are well made cheap tardis's and I suggest you take a look @ new london - TARDIS sim!!!!

Very good. But where's the power room? Or the boot cupboard? More importantly, though, you need the TARDIS cloisters, for the cloister bell indicates imminent danger. I'd also have featured a Zero room, and the TARDIS' life-pod, the Jade Pagoda. By the way, the Untempered Schism is a feature of Gallifrey. The Eye Of Harmony is each TARDIS connection to it. I'm not picking, I just am a completist. Great work!

You can build your own TARDIS if you are very skilled with the SL Build Interface, but, to be honest, it's not worth the time or effort as there are already some great comercially available ones.
The main way to get money is to link up your SL to a bank account and use direct transfer (yeah... basically it's a rip off - I know). If you want to get TARDISes on the cheap, I'd advise you splash out on an NLS, they're pretty good for the price you pay.
@47Spacedog You must have a HUD to spawn the tardis. If you do not have a HUD then go to your inventory and drag the tardis on the floor, but without a HUD you can't do much with it,

In Second Life, go the the Katrina region and things will become a lot more self-explanitory once you have had a wander around and talked to the locals.
Check out "V1ctor1"'s You Tube channel for a better answer, or a guide really for everything Whoish in SL. He's got some really good videos up there, and is a very nice guy in game too!
YOu can easily teleport to the Hub from Katrina, there are boards everywhere that link you to the area, just find one lol. I think the Hub is still there, I know that some major changes are planned for the region, and I'm not sure what they might entail. I suggest checking out v1ctor1's channel for anything to do with the Katrina region ;)
Actually it's the mid-era Tom Baker interior inside the 2005 exterior. No deliberate reason behind this, I just happened to be in the Baker Console when I landed to do the video, and chose the 2005 Exterior when I landed. :)
@MatthewTheStingray you cannot make it bigger on the inside on second life. it uses a basic teleport system, from the police box to teleport to the interior, you cannot walk into the interior from the exterior. tardises cost around 3500lindens, which is about 10 dollars, and then you need pay lots of money to keep the tardis, the tardis is just a room you have to put on your own land which costs money each week, to be honest, it's not worth the money really
We think alike. I mean, when I made this vid I had loads of land, some in Marti, and some in another sim, which allowed me to have a nice house and everthing (actually, this was the "prototype"), and it was lovely. No, however there is a "Teen" SL, but this doesn't have any D. Who-ie stuff in it, and the most common adjective used to describe it is "cr*p". There are loads of kids who have put in false info, but this is against the rules, and these kids can actually endanger others accounts and the whole community as a whole, if I'm honest, they REALLY anger me, to be so selfish. As an alternative, try The Sims 2 with Custom Conent by DragonSire, or the mods for Fallout 3 are also very good.
You can't buy it as such. You have to buy console rooms and extra rooms and corridors etc, and then you have to use what you have got to build your own custom TARDIS house.

It's essentially 4 single TARDISes connected by corridors and stuff, like, say, one big hub that stays in one place (the interior) and sends out other exits (the exterior/Police Box) to different places. So you have your main TARDIS (my NS console) connected to sub-consoles (Tom Baker classic console, The Rani's console and the Paul mcGann movie console), and these can all fly to different locations. ie; the TARDIS can be in 4 places at once.
Aaaah, the Sims 2. I used to have TARDISes and stuff downloaded onto that when I was a teenager, although when I turned 19 I got Second Life, which, was much better.
@SuperRichi1A I have seen youtube stuff on Second Life, it looks very interesting; but seems to be a blackhole for money as we also see electronic land barons. Be artful, because there is no other purpose for the simulated life; putting on a show.
I can't upload a tutorial because I didn't build all of it from scratch, it's mostly bits of different TARDIS miss-matched. If you want a tutorial on how to use a TARDIS. check out v1ctor1st's channel.
If children do come into SL, it's a good thing that they will be banned again. There is content on there that is not suitable for their age. My nephew has asked many times for me to let him have a run round my TARDIS but I don't let him any where near the computer when SL is on, who knows what could come over voice next!
As well as bringing children into SL 9as you claim), videos like this are also what seems to bring in the majority of adult players, as they see it on here and come to play SL.
@SuperRich1A u got the low prim version of the tennant interior...i got the high prim but now i use a NLS (New London Systems) TARDIS which is more hard to fly than the HoO TARDIS because it takes around 4 levers to take off and land fully :)
I know, I have both versions of the Tennant, in that vid it was only low prim because I's already wasted the other prims on a load of other stuff :) I used NLS for a time (the owners/makers are personal friends of mine), but eventually I got bored with the limited exterior functions. I use DCL a lot now, pretty nice, and I also use my Bad Wolf Beta test.
It is a bit of a cheek how much LL charges you for SL money. The company I'm with at the mo are making (well, and a friend) are making several freebie TARDIS console rooms.
No, no, no. I can't take credit for building IT ALL from scratch. I've built some of the stuff for myself in thsi vid, but nost of it was build by TARDIS company Hands of Omega, Snook Industries, and Novatech. However, even the parts (such as the console rooms, corridor pieces etc.) that are bought in -game, do not come in big houses like this. I build thins house out of stuff I ripped out of my TARDIS consoles etc.
I'd say so, yes, well, actually, this is complicated as what you see here has some Snook parts in, if you notice the McGann console at the end, that's a Snook. The problem with Snook is the owner has left and so no support, no new stuff etc. However, there is a new company call DCL which I like more then either Snook or Ho0, and also soon there will be 2 more companies, NLS and Bad Wolf TARDISes, which both look great :)
If you mean the Matt Smith TARDIS, yeah, well, we'll have to wait for that won't we. When it comes out, I know for a fact that the owner of Ho0 has assembled a team to get it made ASAP. However, I'm sure that before long other companes will start making them. (Including the company I work for, which, I have been put in charhe of the building of.)

there is a free demo version of this tardis. only problem is when you land and try teleporting out it glitches and you loose connection to SL

It is a bit of a cheek how much LL charges you for SL money. The company I'm with at the mo are making (well, and a friend) are making several freebie TARDIS console rooms.

No, no, no. I can't take credit for building IT ALL from scratch. I've built some of the stuff for myself in thsi vid, but nost of it was build by TARDIS company Hands of Omega, Snook Industries, and Novatech. However, even the parts (such as the console rooms, corridor pieces etc.) that are bought in -game, do not come in big houses like this. I build thins house out of stuff I ripped out of my TARDIS consoles etc.

I'd say so, yes, well, actually, this is complicated as what you see here has some Snook parts in, if you notice the McGann console at the end, that's a Snook. The problem with Snook is the owner has left and so no support, no new stuff etc. However, there is a new company call DCL which I like more then either Snook or Ho0, and also soon there will be 2 more companies, NLS and Bad Wolf TARDISes, which both look great :)

If you mean the Matt Smith TARDIS, yeah, well, we'll have to wait for that won't we. When it comes out, I know for a fact that the owner of Ho0 has assembled a team to get it made ASAP. However, I'm sure that before long other companes will start making them. (Including the company I work for, which, I have been put in charhe of the building of.)
