@IWillSlash91 - I can definitely answer your second question. Both Double Spirit Evolutions were given to them by the power of Seraphimon's egg. After that, the egg hatched and no longer had the power to give.

@IWillSlash91 Koichi, since his spirits were originally corrupted, he is unable to go straight to beast spirit and has to get there by slide evolution. The digimon they represent have fusion evolutions, but the kids don't get them.Takyua and Koji got theirs from Seraphimon when he gave up the last of his power before dedigivolving.Those kids weren't really digidestined. They didn't have digivices or partners or anything similar. Angemon was just helping them out.

How I see it, there has to be 12 seasons of Digimon. Seasons 1-3 had a "leader" whose Digimon evolved into a Royal Knight Digimon. Then on X-Evolution we had Alphamon. though on Savers and Frontier they went away from those :/

@akasuki990 Susanoomon was formed after Koichi defended the others from Lucemon Chaos mode's attack hence why he aint there plus when Susanoomon made his first appearence it was just Takuya and Koji making his being, but it would've been nice if they at least let Koichi do one Beast spirit evolution instead of becoming Jager Loamon via slide evolution.

@megawillmonds Proberly they were starting to run out of ideas when KendoGarurumon was created but if i remember rightly in the jap version he was called BladeGururumon which would've set him seperately from MetalGarurumon, but i doubt they share any digivolution relation just a simularity in looks as KendoGarurumon did have his own set of attacks so he's not really a alternate colour version of MetalGarurumon.

Because in the show, it was Seraphimon's Egg (that later hatched into Patamon) that granted the power to Fusion Evolve. Takuya and Koji needed to Fusion Evolve in a dire situation, so the Egg gave them the power. But it hatched before it could grant Zoe, Tommy, or JP the Fusion Evolution skill.

Season 4 had a really bad balance problem. First they only gave Takuya and Koiji fusion spirits then they gave them Unity Evolutions After that they only showed AnceintGreymon and AnceientGarurumon. They should of atleast let everyone have fusion spirits so that would of sort of balance it it.
