@TheTrueDJZ True, I'd like to see if all of those prepaid funds are actally AVAILABLE and know why BUSH passed that law in 2006 and for whom, make them accountable. BTW I would like to charge anyone who messes with DELIVERING ON SATURDAYS, the most convenient for the working class to sign and receive packages and important mail. The Charge?
