The Chords to me look like he strums, Em,C,G6,D at the beginning. Then the verse Uses G6,D,C. The Chorus then uses Em,C,G6,D and uses Am at the end of the chorus where he sings "one day..." hope that helps!

Well done, that's the best cover I've seen so far. You kept the chords simple which works better for the acoustic guitar on its own. The other chord versions may include the little riff but on its own sounds lost. Your version is far more satisfying
