Thank you. This looks like some good intermediates to practice rather than just hauling into crow (which did not go so well for me). I'm not hurt, but need to find another way to practice. This will be great!
My perspective is that being able to hover above the arms and then place the knees on the arms is far better than throwing the knees at the arms. Working on the balance that it takes to hover develops your control and strength.
