It's a spy car. It has a camera and microphone that allows you to get live audio and video feed from wherever the car is. (It comes with a headset with a screen that plugs into the controller as well as an ear bud for audio).

Did you know if you attach an infrared LED to it, you can see in the dark? I did that to mine, and I could see perfectly in the dark. And because it was an infrared LED, I could see in the dark while others could not see the spy car. Just go to RadioShack and get an infrared LED, a AA battery holder, and a small on/off switch. Then just hook the LED up with the battery holder and switch, tape it on the spy car, and you're ready to go!
