@joezaza349 Actually they are. I know one really can't tell upfront by the lyrics but if you listen to alot of their older songs, there's no doubt that they are in fact Christian. I stopped listening to them for a while after Alien Youth and started listening to them a couple years ago again and thought they changed. But yeah listen to their older stuff and there's no doubt that they are Christian :).

Skillet is the greatest christian rock band. Korey, John, Jen, and Ben I love them all. I miss lori though. They rocked out my highschool when i did there sound. I love these guys to death. Keep Rocking Skillet.

So good, but why do they tune down for most of the songs on Awake when they play them live? It doesn't hit me as much when he doesn't hit all of the notes.

@blackwell515 Are you talking about John's singing? If so he has to tune it down somewhat live because if he sang at a high intensity every show his voice wouldn't last that long. A lot of singers use different vocal techniques when singing live to conserve their voice.
