I really didn't feel like they were dancing together. Well of course, they kept time together, and came in physical contact, but they weren't dancing as one. To me it seemed like a competition between the two for the spotlight. Don't get me wrong, they had great pirouettes and awesome extensions, but they didn't have chemistry.

I think this dance would have been a lot stronger if there were more interaction between the two. There was hardly any contact between them, for the majority of it it felt like they were doing their own separate solos. They're both clearly very talented so I think it would have been worth the extra time/effort to do more together. Just sayinnn

in my opinion, this was a VERY entertaining dance. fun to watch! but i do think that there were to many turns and kicks. could have used a bit more 'dancing'. NEVERTHELESS, they are both amazing dancers, and with a bit better choreography, i'm sure they'll go far. (:

the dancers are good and everything, great technique and all that, but it seems that every American dance act that is see use the high kicks and pirouettes everywhere, it's got annoying now! FAIL. WOW, I really enjoyed this one. Of course I am always a fan of any kind of partner dance. The young lady, Alyssa, really projected a lot of sass and energy, and the young man was a great foil for her energy and attitude. Well done, Master Pham and Miss Baxter!

@blackmonroe123 Actually, if you watched some of routines like I Apologize, Love Lost, A Drop In The Ocean, Fun In The Sunshine, etc., you will notice that they have a lot of "dance". However, some are mostly tricks, because as meimeiWo3 pointed out, that is what people request, and is often entertaining :)
