when shane said "i have a secret for you too" i was really hoping he would say he loved jonathon too but he DIDNT and it was horrible :( sad sad movie. but still great.
that's pretty much what i said in my first comment but i explain sleeping him with jonathan to keep his important friendship and not because he don't realize his feelings as love because he already loved his ex-girlfriend and wanted to keep her
i saw a comment somewhere that i pretty much agree.
shane maybe doesnt realize it but he does has a little bit of feeling for jonathan. like, he actually slept with jonathan just to make him stay. that has to count for something right? cause i'm pretty sure i'd never do that. lol

and i guess what happen to them is not more than what they were in the medial of the movie since shane wanted from their relationship to stay the same and jonathan loved to stay with him all that long although he didn't confess to him
well what i understand from the end is that their relationship is strong even if one of them do not want to be the other boyfriend because also he was his first best friend and he do not want to lose this important thing to him and i guess it is the same reason why he slept with him and that is make his friend understand a little although he did not want to but in the end i think he will just go over it and as they says first love doesn't always work
