VERY late reply lol, turk had one of his testicles removed but he never told JD, carla told everyone and thats how JD found out, they never based an episode on it though(i dont think). There was a funny fantasy about JD planting the testicle and it grew into a turk plant that attacked him.. woah i go on too much.
