wtf!!! a cant capture groudon . i get his life soo loww, use all my ultra balls but still cant get him !

i am using

Rayquaza lvl 73

Kyogre lvl 70

and Blaziken lvl 59 or 60

FOR CATCHING GROUDON AT RUBY..Groudon Level 45

Reccomendable pokemon by me:

1-Bring a Water type that has surf...

2-Bring a grass type that has Stun Spore and Gust...beautifly/dustox extremely reccomended

3-And bring ultra balls only

Believe me, for me it worked.

I only used 2 surfs, stun spore and gust him until leasts

It's probably because you were a higher level than him. Sheer cold, Fissure, Horn drill, and guillotine all can only be used on a pokemon with an equal or lower level than the user.

I honestly took me about 10 seconds because I think my ruby is hacked and I caught the groudon kyogre and rayquaza with a pokeball.

I catch my groudon with a normal pokeball, because its attack doesn't hit rayquaza effective I have plenty time to use pokeball, I forced it to run out of attacks and use struggle, I try to hurt it so it use rest and sleep and use pokeball on it even though its full hp. I catch my rayquaza & kyogre with great balls. Kyogre was harder with sheer cold,groudon 1 hit KO dont effect rayquaza.Anyway people always use ultra after one another,I use pokeball then great then ultra randomly til its caught

i dont get it... i spend hours at a time, trying to catch the groudon... im using a raquaza thats lv 100. aftr a while the groudon uses struggle and ends up killig itself.. i use the ultra balls but i can never catch it. i caugt the kyogre the first time i tried *shouts in frustration* >:(

To tell the truth, Groudon is and was the easiest to capture from the Rayquaza-Groudon-Kyogre Trio.

You just need to weaken him and use an Ultra Ball or 2, and that's just it !!!

1. go to the institute top floor

2. ask some weather from the guy with glasses

3. go to the place he says

4. if its raining find a diving spot what was not there

5. if it is sunny find an extra cave

kyogre/groudon will be lying inside lvl 70

That means Kyogre is going to appear on whatever route he says is experiencign rain. Once you catch Kyogre talk to him again and he should talk about sunshine/droughts. That means Groudon is on whatever route is experiencing the sunshine/droughts
