By only watching your grandparents working as a cooking team and explaining you the whole process is a pleasure to me. That's what family is all about....God bless you and your family!
omg i love this my abuela use to make these thank you for the video ive been tryning to find the malonga in arizona and its hard to find them to make it. :( nothing but old fashion style puerto rican food nice video
Thank you for sharing. Seeing this video reminds me of my grandmother and its funny because she never measured anytime and I learned from her. LOL I used the taste and add method as well :)
Ja ja q curioso en mi casa mi papa tambien siempre ha sido el "food processor". Yo hago esta receta version vegetariana (usando para el filling "carne de soya")
Ha ha ha, I remember grinding my knuckles and fingers when I was learning to make these and pasteles both. MMMM!!!! But your dad is funny in a cute and sweet way. Reminds me of my family in a way. That's just awesome that he helps out though. What a wonderful family!
Q lindos! Parecen a mis abulos. I love my grandparents cooking and looking at them cook makes me hungry! There ain't nothing like "Comida Boricua"!! :)~
My dad is the self proclaimed expert at grating and will not permit any of us to pitch in. he says we will wind up grating our knuckles and he will not eat it unless he was the one grating.
Que bueno! I am very happy to know you enjoyed the vids and most importantly, that you were able to cook your own alcappurias successfully. It is too tastey a dish to go without.
I have relayed your message to both my parents but since they really do not have a clue about computers, they asked who you were. Heh heh. Innocence is always sweet, no matter what the age.
lol, love grandma she washes her ground beef!!!!
