sorry , thats a completely wrong way of guiding.. If you have studied the traffic rules in India, the preference has to be given to righ hand traffic..
exactly opposite of what you have shown in the graphics..
I agree with the other bits but a little bit of exaagerrayion... I stay in Mumbai and been to pune.. They are as bad as this..
