But since this was the first ever WWE draft, Vince McMahon and Ric Flair where picking superstars to be on their show (Vince was picking for Smackdown, Ric was picking for Raw) but now a days when the draft happens the superstars are selected by random after a match. Say a superstar from Raw faces a superstar from Smackdown. If the Raw superstar wins, then Raw gets a superstar from Smackdown to go on Raw. Get it now?

Who you think better is completely subjective, just depends on whose style you liked better. And who got a better reaction doesn't prove who was better on the mic. U have to account for variable change - the geo location they were performing at, and the type of material they had to work with, etc ..In some parts of the country, Rock was more popular than Austin, and vice versa.

Both shows were really good when we they had the Attitude Era, and now I look at wrestling, The Miz is a horrible champion and he whines, he bitches, and he cry and moans like a little baby. John Cena more overplayed than Soulja Boy's monkey ass song, CM Punk is a horrible heel(along with the New Nexus), and Randy Orton isn't really as good as he was when he was the Legend Killer. Also, there were too many superstars. Yeah, it's nice to see them twice a week, but then that weeks not as many get the chance to shine. Splitting the brands gave almost all superstars a chance.
