when are us SENSIBLE people going to get our shit together, and organize our own 527 to get out ads? and unlike the liberal loonies...we don't even have to lie... Even the democrats know that the "alex" ad is crap--and that's not what McCain said! With McCain honoring his commitment to public financing... (and taking the high road unlike barack)...527's need to get this message out and attack barack (b/c unfortunately mccain isn't)
Let's review shall we. When Clinton left office we had no national debt and no war. Now after 8 years of Bush we are billions in debt with a costly war both in lives and money. And it's the Democrats that have a spending problem. Ha, ha, ha, ha. Now that's funny!!
You neglect to include the legislation Clinton set in motion before his departure from office or the massive spending our democrat-controlled congress has created in the past few years. I think you give President Bush more credit than he deserves, and think he has more power than he actually does.
Plus, the basis of the democrat party is to INCREASE government control and regulation in all aspects of peoples' lives; health care, taxes, etc. Increased service necessitates increased spending.
What an idiot parody of a commercial. Yes instead of using a trillion dollars in the United States, let's waste it on the Iraq war. Perfect. Only idiot neocons.
I love this "fearmongering" buzz word of the left. As if, every time they warn what will happen if John McCain is elected president, they're not guilty of doing the exact same thing.
No, when the left does it, we just repeat what is said, like John McCain's "100 year" comment or not knowing the difference between Shiites and Sunnis and thus mistakenly saying that Iran is helping Al-Qaeda. Also we do it ourselves and don't get 527s like "SwiftBoaters" to do it for us. And Republicans don't use buzzwords? What are u going to do call me a "liberal", oh I'm so scared. McCain gives enough material especially with his recent breaking of campaign finance law.
You mean this 100 year quote, "President Bush has talked about our staying for 50 years, maybe 100. We've been in Japan for 60 years, in South Korea for 50 years or so. That would be fine with me as long as Americans are not being injured or harmed or killed". Quit the liberal fearmongering. (Sorry, I'm not on board with the "progressive" euphemism for a liberal.) Your 527's put out as many fearmongering hit-job ads as the Swifties or anyone else. Step into reality, already.
Yes, tell that to the military families out there, I am sure they'd be ok with their family members being gone for long periods of time. Heck why not make it 100 years, chickenhawk neocons like you don't care. You send other people's children to fight this war for imaginary WMDs. Oh no, you called me a liberal! I take it as a compliment actually. McCain can guarantee that soldiers are not being injured? What do you think is continuing to happen? He's going to go personally himself and stop it?
I know this is going to come as a surprise to you, but we have volunteer military and going overseas - in war and in peace - is part of the job. I'll be happy to explain that to military families out there, but I think they already know. BTW, John McCain actually has a son serving in Iraq - does he count as a chickenhawk? In what branch did Barack Obama serve? I'm glad to hear you don't deny your liberal stripes like a lot of other "progressives" (regressives?).
When I said chickenhawk neocon I was referring to you. Right now we have a volunteer military. How much longer you think that will last with recruitment greatly decreased and an unpopular war? McCain said he would institute a draft if WW III were to happen. But in 2006 he said that we were on the verge of WW III. So what does that tell you. Barack Obama was a small child during the Vietnam War. Not to mention the DRAFT was for the Vietnam War so they didn't have a choice did they?
The ones who started this war were all people who never served in the military as well. Jim Webb's son is serving in Iraq. If military credentials were so important, how come we have yet in the modern era, to elect a President who was ever in the military? Being in the military is not a requirement to be commander in chief. Based on that logic, John Kerry should have been President compared to the AWOL George Bush. Better a liberal than a slimy, right wing extremist neocon.
John Kerry might have been the president if he hadn't shot himself with shrapnel from a grenade launcher in order to obtain Purple Hearts - Purple Heart medals which he had to beg and plead for and then threw out while protesting. This was right before colluding with the enemy while his buddies were still fighting (also known as treason). Can you see how that wouldn't sit well with his swift boat buddies? I think that's probably why Kerry didn't get elected. "Reporting for duty!" hahahaha
You're an idiot if you think John Kerry shot himself to get a medal. You're a typical right-wing radical neocon loon. Only George Bush could try to take down someone, when he himself did not serve. Oh, wait he was in the National Guard Wow!!!! And he went AWOL there too. Scooter Libby, Karl Rove, and GWB, have also committed treason as well by releasing the name of a CIA operative.
He fired a grenade launcher from his boat too close to the shore at what turned out to be nothing. The small piece of shrapnel from the blast hit him, the medic gave him a band-aid. John Kerry put in for a Purple Heart. That's what happened, you delusional pinko liberal, left-wing communist neocrat. Isn't name calling productive? You need to control your rage - it's not helping you think clearly.
Wow, now u make up stories to prove your point. I think you've been watching WAY TOO MUCH Fox Noise. What would I expect from a right-wing radical, fascist, warmongering Repugnican neocon.
Well, that's what the guys who were there serving with him said what happened. I'd say they are pretty credible sources, wouldn't you? You need to free your mind and get away from the hate - it's consuming your life and clouding your thought process.
Exactly, what I thought. You didn't answer my question. The Swiftboaters weren't even in Kerry's unit. Just like Republicans, always lying as they are doing now about Obama. But it won't work this year. McCain is losing by huge numbers.
Actually, only 3 of the 23 people who served with Kerry supported his candidacy and are all listed by name on the swift boats website. Go to their website and look for yourself. You need to educate yourself instead of spreading ignorance - it's dangerous.
Don't worry, once Barack Obama destroys John McCain in the election, we'll still take care of neocons like yourself. You can thank Republican voters for picking their weakest candidate. You could have had a better chance with Ron Paul but you blew that chance.
I find it hilarious that if someone isn't a socialist-supporting liberal, they are identified as a neocon. Actually, on your next point, I think its interesting that quite a few democrat supporters registered as Republicans to edge McCain higher in the polls. Ron Paul didn't have a ghost of a chance...
I think its sad that anyone who isn't a socialist-supporter is identified as such. We can have intelligent debate without resorting to idiotic name-calling (well I suppose liberals can't....regretfully I haven't found an articulate, intelligent socialist to have a conversation with)....especially when ignorant about the terms used.
I think it is funny that anyone who is not a neocon Republican, is identified as a "socialist-supporting liberal". Liberalism is not synonymous with socialism. "Regretfully I haven't found an articulate, intelligent socialist to have a conversation with" ---> oh yeah that's not name-calling at all.
That's absolutely not true. I recognize the whole spectrum of political views; I am merely commenting on the tendencies of many to lable everyone else as certain identities (most of them wrongly quoted...the ultimate right government wouldn't be fascism...fascism is a form of chosen oligarchy)
I only call individuals socialists if their opinions warrant and prefer a socialistic society. I disagree with your views, I'm not attacking you personally, which the left have a problem differentiating.
Yes, the typical, "I'm not calling names, I'm just telling it like it is when I call the left socialists," bullshit. Typical neocon.
From Wiki: "The term "The Right" is often associated with any of several strains of Traditionalism, Social conservatism, Laissez-faire capitalism, Right-libertarianism, Minarchism, Reactionism, Monarchism, Aristocracy and, to some extent, totalitarian ideologies like Fascism and Nazism."
I am going to disagree. Liberalism is synonymous with socialism. Have you taken a look at the "liberals" agenda? Liberalism is about wealth redistribution and living a life of mediocrity. The similarities are to close. The liberals just package socialism bettter.
I'm not surprised you disagree. Then with that same flawed logic, Conservatism is synonymous with fascism. How is allowing gays to marry or supporting stem cell research "living a life of mediocrity"? Yet conservatism is ok with illegally wiretapping Americans' phone calls, giving tax breaks to oil companies who price gouge. Bush has had more increased spending than liberals. 70% of the nat'l debt has been under 3 Repub Prezs. Why do 80% feel the country is in the wrong direction?
The core values of conservatism is dead on. A secure border, strong military, limited government and spending and most importantly personal responsibilty. You are completely wrong about wiretapping. This has gone in front on the Senate with Pelosi looking like a complete fool. When asking the fisa court judges who wrote the law they told Pelosi that the President was not breaking any laws. I guess the 80% that includes a Democrat ran Congress with a lower approval rating than the President
Right coming from a president who wanted to give essentially amnesty to illegals (which was rejected), who is stretching our military to its limits, who has INCREASED the size of government and spending thus driving up the national debt and destroying the economy. I don't think you know how things work. Democrats have only been in power for a little less than 2 years, and the American people know that he VETOES everything they try to change. Congress can't just pass a law on its own.
The 80% really reflects on Bush because they are HIS policies and Republicans (alleged conservatives) are losing elections one by one. Even Oregon Senator Republican Gordon Smith is trying to use Obama's name to help him in his ads to get him re-elected. Sorry, conservatism is dog food right now. Hence the quote by a Republican: The GOP "is a dead rotting carcass with a few decrepit old leaders stumbling around like zombies in a horror version of 'Weekend With Bernie,' handcuffed to a corpse."
I will be the first to tell you that the Republican Party has strayed from their core beliefs. Conservatism is unpopular than why is NObama moving to the center on issues???? Because he knows he needs the middle or to the right to win. Don't talk to me about the Congress not being able to get anything done because of President vetoes. The Democrat ran Congress first 15 of 23 bills were to rename Washington buildings. WTF is that??
It's ironic that you make "limited government" a cornerstone of conservative values, seeing as the conservative leader of this nation has made it his business to spy on and infiltrate the lives of his own people. Add an "un" to that limited.
If wiretapping lines on callls made from suspected terrorist to the U.S. helps save lives so be it. There Has not been one false arrest from "illegal wiretapping" Maybe you would like to contact the family survivors from 911 and tell them its ok We didn't wiretap!!!! (you get the underlining meaning)!
The basis of our justice system is that lawmen can't arrest without EVIDENCE. This evidence is then presented to a judge, who issues a WARRANT. The Bush Administration is VIOLATING THE CONSTITUTION, specifically, the Fourth Amendment guarding against unreasonable searches and seizures. There is NO EVIDENCE that wiretaps have saved lives. And we wouldn't know if there was a false arrest or not, because the so-called "enemy combatants" are not allowed their constitutional right of habeas corpus.
Funny if I recall correctly when the FISA court judges were brought in front of Congress and question by the Screacher of the House Pelosi. They stated that the President was not in violation of any law or the Constitution. Oh by the way these judges wrote the laws! And "Enenmy Conbatants" are not entitled to our Constitutional Law
It's quite simple: the judges are wrong. And the "enemy combatant" definition is simply a weak attempt to create a loophole. EVERYONE is entitled to Constitutional protection. When a foreign visitor commits a crime on US soil, his right to a lawyer is still honored. The "enemy combatant" definition is far too easily abused. And what about US citizens who are labeled as "combatants?" Which do we trust: a college dropout with a GPA of 2.35, or years of functioning constitutional definitions?
THESE JUDGES WROTE THE LAW!!! Not everyone is entitled to our Constitution! You are completely WRONG! So by your logic Then the Japanese who bombed Pearl Harbor were entiled to due process of our laws. Also the people who bombed the US barracks in Beirut, and anyone who attacks a US embassy in the world are due access to our constitution????? Because bases and embassies are "US soil"
Everybody is entitled to the law. Feel free to try any of those people in a court and you'll probably get a conviction! The government is most certainly not above the law.
First you went from access to our constitution now to the law. Which one is it?? Military court is different from a normal US courtroom. Plus war combatants do not have access to our courtrooms or our constitution. Why do you think the prison is in Guantanamo Bay?
In addition, I would gladly call those who survived the 9/11 attacks, only I would not spread the Republican message of fear; I would tell them to be proud and stand tall as a citizen of a nation where ALL are treated equally and fairly under the law.
Oh P.S. and by the way wiretapping has been going on for decades. F.D.R. ordered wiretaps during W.W.II, L.B.J. and J.F.K. oredered taps on Martin Luther King Jr. and Americans. I think these were Democrats!!
Unless you're rich of course, then you are responsible to pay more in taxes to cover those who have a right to your money. Fair... fair only applies to liberals. Also, being equally miserable is still equal, a liberal utopia of fairness. Everyone driving the same shitwagon, eating the same mush and living in a public housing project. Thanks, I like my idea of equal... equal opportunity does not guarantee equal outcome!
A republican is hardly a reliable source on liberal ideas. A minuscule amount of money will be taken from the rich to help the poor who cannot afford basic needs: food, healthcare, shelter. The rich will not lose their fortunes, nor will the poor become rich overnight. We're building a society from the bottom up, not the top down.
We know more about your Marxist ideology than you do. We understand that our leadership today is 100% Marxist. We know you better than you know yourselves. While your voter base is watching Bachelorette and Entertainment Tonight, we're reading about Marxism and how to stop it. We're solving problems and starting businesses.
You obviously don't know what incrementalism is. That's how you Marxists do things. At first, it may not have a great impact, but in the end it will. Study up kid.
Well, I don't know what you've actually been reading about, but it isn't Marxism. Look out your window, assuming you have one. See any violent class struggle? Didn't think so. The only violence, the only hatred is coming from you. You're the Marxist here.
Marxism does not have to be a violent revolution. When Marxists began their infiltration into America decades ago, they said the American people could not be changed through violent struggle, but we could be defeated from within. By using our own freedoms and institutions against us. By shaping our schools, unions, news media, entertainment (TV and movies), by tearing down our religion etc.
I told you, we know more about your ideology than you do. Open your eyes son.
Firstly, cite your source. What definite evidence is there of a Marxist infiltration?
Secondly, Marxism is by definition violent class struggle. I imagine you're confusing "Marxism" with the broader category "Communism." Sadly for you, you've only demonstrated that you know next to nothing about "my ideology." I suggest you turn off the computer and go back to Fox News, where you'll actually find sympathetic voices.
The political and economic philosophy of Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels in which the concept of class struggle plays a central role in understanding society's allegedly inevitable development from bourgeois oppression under capitalism to a socialist and ultimately classless society.
If you people are so smart, why do you need the government to solve your problems? Why can't you put Oprahs money together with George Soros and solve healthcare on your own?
Socialist Party presidential candidate in 1940, 1944 and 1948.
The American people will never knowingly adopt socialism. But under the name of Liberalism, they will adopt every fragment of the socialist program until one day America will be a socialist nation without knowing how it happened.
Go to American Thinker dotcom website. go to archives then blog archives July 2009. Go down to July 20 2009 and look for Obama and the CPUSA. Would you like to know who within his cabinet and Czars are self avowed communists and socialists? Now granted it may take a leap of logic which you'll waste time trying to disprove to continue hiding behind your game of words, but I'll direct you back to Norman Thomas' quote 2 posts up. You can't admit it or you'll lose the ignorant vote as well.
Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif, leader in the House of Representatives, also serves on the executive committee of the socialist-leaning progressive Caucus, a bloc of about 60 votes or nearly 30 percent of the minority vote in the lower chamber. Until 1999, the website of the Progressive Caucus was hosted by the Democratic Socialists of America. Following an expose of the link between the two organizations in WorldNetDaily, the Progressive Caucus established its own website under the auspices of Congress
Go to the DSA website and read their agenda, it will look strikingly familiar to you. Read the Communist Manifesto, you will find yourself for sure. Do a tiny bit of due diligence and you can't miss it. Unfortunately I can't post links in youtube. This is not earth shattering news here, in fact, either you're the last to know or you're playing the game of not exposing this fact to other readers who might not know any better, stumble on this post and realize that they've been duped by Dems.
you forgeot to also thank the LIBERAL majority congress, (with a 9% approval rating mind you)for all the problems. remember checks and balances??? If you blame bush, blame congress too!
That's because GWB's dumbass vetoes EVERYTHING, and it's very difficult to get a 2/3 majority to veto it, although they were able to do it for the GI bill (which he threatened to veto, and saw his veto wouldn't matter so he signed it), and the new Medicare bill that he just vetoed and the House just got 2/3 so now it goes to the Senate.
And 51-49 is not a huge majority considering 2 a re independents. Once we get 2/3 (which we will), then liberals will take over. Conservatism will be put in the Smithsonian.
Conservatism is also apparently ok with shouting "Support the Troops" and continue to fund a trillion dollar war, but then not even be willing to give them a free college education, which they DESERVE and have EARNED whether you believe that or not. That's why Republicans can never win elections on their actual positions on issues, they have to use wedge issues like gay marriage or abortion to rally their base. Republicans are losing elections left and right as conservatism is no longer popular.
Oh yes is it the Democrats fault that the economy is so bad??? Democrats are the one labeled as tax and spend, yet Republicans have had the worst fiscal responsibility and have increased spending. Democrats wouldn't be stupid enough to vote in a Republican primary when the Democratic primary btw Obama and Clinton was so close. If anyone switched it was Republicans bc of your God Rush Limbaugh, and all you dittoheads followed what he said. Too bad it didn't work.
Ohhh, ok. So, the fact the Republican Presidential candidate and decorated Navy veteran who supports finishing what we started in Iraq - a war in which his son is currently serving, doesn't matter to you. It only matters to you if I have a close relaive serving. And if I told you I did, would it change the argument of whether or not we should stay or pull out? Does my personal situation dictate how we should conduct the war? You neocrats (like that?) are all the same.
You support Obama Bin Ladin, whats there to debate?I will be glad to debate you on any issue whatsoever,as my facts are based within the parameters of reality. When you grow a pair, look me up.
Yes, because I don't support an illegal war that never found any WMDs, I am anti-American. Ooh, what a great funnie, Obama Bin Laden. Wow, how new!! Typical fear-mongering right wing neocon.
Remember BEFORE the election in November,2006? 1) Consumer confidence stood at 2 1/2 yr high 2) Reg gas sold for $2.19/gal 3) Unemployment rate was 4.5% Since voting in a Pelosi-led Democrat Congress: 1) Consumer confidence plummets 2) Reg gas soar to over $4.00/gal 3) Unemployment up 5%(10% increase) 4) Amer househlds seen $2.3 Trillion equity value evaporate 5) Home equity drop by $1.2 Trillion 6) 1% all American homes in foreclosure.
This is cute but misguided and uniformed. You see the Republicans, especially under George Bush spend more than liberals. Its true they don't tax, so where does the money come from? Two sources TRADE DEBT AND PRINTING MONEY. We have become in debt to our biggest trading partners, China has over 1 Trillion dollars in U.S. reserves its just sitting on, collecting interest. Inflationary practices like this reduce the value of the dollar, almost 60$ in the last 5 years. How much is oil now?
So the value of the dollar dropped 60 dollars? Wow. And the Republicans PRINT money? Holy shit, I didn't know that! You're a fucking retard. Fuck off.
Who the hell is supposed to pay for Bush's crimes?
On my watch we didn't shout loud anough to keep the bastard out of office and on my watch I'm proud to start re-paying some of what our grandkids will bear for Bush's incompetence.
haahahaha thats great

Leave 90 billion a year in oil revenue in Sadam's hands and you would have had WWIII.
You think of the 4000 dead solders as victims, I see them as the men/women that stopped WWIII.
Because of those 4000, the kid above will not be drafted into a worldwide conflict against an adversary as strong as the Nazi's.

I only call individuals socialists if their opinions warrant and prefer a socialistic society. I disagree with your views, I'm not attacking you personally, which the left have a problem differentiating.
ParkourChiron 3 years ago
Yes, the typical, "I'm not calling names, I'm just telling it like it is when I call the left socialists," bullshit. Typical neocon.
From Wiki: "The term "The Right" is often associated with any of several strains of Traditionalism, Social conservatism, Laissez-faire capitalism, Right-libertarianism, Minarchism, Reactionism, Monarchism, Aristocracy and, to some extent, totalitarian ideologies like Fascism and Nazism."
rakrobn 3 years ago
Rakrobn,
I am going to disagree. Liberalism is synonymous with socialism. Have you taken a look at the "liberals" agenda? Liberalism is about wealth redistribution and living a life of mediocrity. The similarities are to close. The liberals just package socialism bettter.
proudpatroit 3 years ago
I'm not surprised you disagree. Then with that same flawed logic, Conservatism is synonymous with fascism. How is allowing gays to marry or supporting stem cell research "living a life of mediocrity"? Yet conservatism is ok with illegally wiretapping Americans' phone calls, giving tax breaks to oil companies who price gouge. Bush has had more increased spending than liberals. 70% of the nat'l debt has been under 3 Repub Prezs. Why do 80% feel the country is in the wrong direction?
rakrobn 3 years ago
The core values of conservatism is dead on. A secure border, strong military, limited government and spending and most importantly personal responsibilty. You are completely wrong about wiretapping. This has gone in front on the Senate with Pelosi looking like a complete fool. When asking the fisa court judges who wrote the law they told Pelosi that the President was not breaking any laws. I guess the 80% that includes a Democrat ran Congress with a lower approval rating than the President
proudpatroit 3 years ago
Right coming from a president who wanted to give essentially amnesty to illegals (which was rejected), who is stretching our military to its limits, who has INCREASED the size of government and spending thus driving up the national debt and destroying the economy. I don't think you know how things work. Democrats have only been in power for a little less than 2 years, and the American people know that he VETOES everything they try to change. Congress can't just pass a law on its own.
rakrobn 3 years ago
The 80% really reflects on Bush because they are HIS policies and Republicans (alleged conservatives) are losing elections one by one. Even Oregon Senator Republican Gordon Smith is trying to use Obama's name to help him in his ads to get him re-elected. Sorry, conservatism is dog food right now. Hence the quote by a Republican: The GOP "is a dead rotting carcass with a few decrepit old leaders stumbling around like zombies in a horror version of 'Weekend With Bernie,' handcuffed to a corpse."
rakrobn 3 years ago
I will be the first to tell you that the Republican Party has strayed from their core beliefs. Conservatism is unpopular than why is NObama moving to the center on issues???? Because he knows he needs the middle or to the right to win. Don't talk to me about the Congress not being able to get anything done because of President vetoes. The Democrat ran Congress first 15 of 23 bills were to rename Washington buildings. WTF is that??
proudpatroit 3 years ago
It's ironic that you make "limited government" a cornerstone of conservative values, seeing as the conservative leader of this nation has made it his business to spy on and infiltrate the lives of his own people. Add an "un" to that limited.
theprofessor172 3 years ago
If wiretapping lines on callls made from suspected terrorist to the U.S. helps save lives so be it. There Has not been one false arrest from "illegal wiretapping" Maybe you would like to contact the family survivors from 911 and tell them its ok We didn't wiretap!!!! (you get the underlining meaning)!
proudpatroit 3 years ago
The basis of our justice system is that lawmen can't arrest without EVIDENCE. This evidence is then presented to a judge, who issues a WARRANT. The Bush Administration is VIOLATING THE CONSTITUTION, specifically, the Fourth Amendment guarding against unreasonable searches and seizures. There is NO EVIDENCE that wiretaps have saved lives. And we wouldn't know if there was a false arrest or not, because the so-called "enemy combatants" are not allowed their constitutional right of habeas corpus.
theprofessor172 3 years ago
Funny if I recall correctly when the FISA court judges were brought in front of Congress and question by the Screacher of the House Pelosi. They stated that the President was not in violation of any law or the Constitution. Oh by the way these judges wrote the laws! And "Enenmy Conbatants" are not entitled to our Constitutional Law
proudpatroit 3 years ago
It's quite simple: the judges are wrong. And the "enemy combatant" definition is simply a weak attempt to create a loophole. EVERYONE is entitled to Constitutional protection. When a foreign visitor commits a crime on US soil, his right to a lawyer is still honored. The "enemy combatant" definition is far too easily abused. And what about US citizens who are labeled as "combatants?" Which do we trust: a college dropout with a GPA of 2.35, or years of functioning constitutional definitions?
theprofessor172 3 years ago
THESE JUDGES WROTE THE LAW!!! Not everyone is entitled to our Constitution! You are completely WRONG! So by your logic Then the Japanese who bombed Pearl Harbor were entiled to due process of our laws. Also the people who bombed the US barracks in Beirut, and anyone who attacks a US embassy in the world are due access to our constitution????? Because bases and embassies are "US soil"
proudpatroit 3 years ago
Everybody is entitled to the law. Feel free to try any of those people in a court and you'll probably get a conviction! The government is most certainly not above the law.
theprofessor172 3 years ago
First you went from access to our constitution now to the law. Which one is it?? Military court is different from a normal US courtroom. Plus war combatants do not have access to our courtrooms or our constitution. Why do you think the prison is in Guantanamo Bay?
proudpatroit 3 years ago
In addition, I would gladly call those who survived the 9/11 attacks, only I would not spread the Republican message of fear; I would tell them to be proud and stand tall as a citizen of a nation where ALL are treated equally and fairly under the law.
theprofessor172 3 years ago
Oh P.S. and by the way wiretapping has been going on for decades. F.D.R. ordered wiretaps during W.W.II, L.B.J. and J.F.K. oredered taps on Martin Luther King Jr. and Americans. I think these were Democrats!!
proudpatroit 3 years ago
Unless you're rich of course, then you are responsible to pay more in taxes to cover those who have a right to your money. Fair... fair only applies to liberals. Also, being equally miserable is still equal, a liberal utopia of fairness. Everyone driving the same shitwagon, eating the same mush and living in a public housing project. Thanks, I like my idea of equal... equal opportunity does not guarantee equal outcome!
stormsg1 2 years ago

Study up kid.
stormsg1 2 years ago
Well, I don't know what you've actually been reading about, but it isn't Marxism. Look out your window, assuming you have one. See any violent class struggle? Didn't think so. The only violence, the only hatred is coming from you. You're the Marxist here.
theprofessor172 2 years ago
Marxism does not have to be a violent revolution. When Marxists began their infiltration into America decades ago, they said the American people could not be changed through violent struggle, but we could be defeated from within. By using our own freedoms and institutions against us. By shaping our schools, unions, news media, entertainment (TV and movies), by tearing down our religion etc.
I told you, we know more about your ideology than you do. Open your eyes son.
stormsg1 2 years ago
Firstly, cite your source. What definite evidence is there of a Marxist infiltration?
Secondly, Marxism is by definition violent class struggle. I imagine you're confusing "Marxism" with the broader category "Communism." Sadly for you, you've only demonstrated that you know next to nothing about "my ideology." I suggest you turn off the computer and go back to Fox News, where you'll actually find sympathetic voices.
theprofessor172 2 years ago
Here's the definition genius.

Norman Thomas
Socialist Party presidential candidate in 1940, 1944 and 1948.
The American people will never knowingly adopt socialism. But under the name of Liberalism, they will adopt every fragment of the socialist program until one day America will be a socialist nation without knowing how it happened.
stormsg1 2 years ago
Just look at any Socialist website singing the praises of the new administration.
i.e. Sam Webb, leader of the Communist Party of the USA (CPUSA) think of Obama?
(1) Obama's policy agenda and that of the CPUSA are in perfect alignment
(2) Obama's political approach is also in perfect harmony with that of the CPUSA
(3) Mr. Webb expects a lousy economy to continue
(4) Socialism is the objective.
Obama said himself, He chose his Marxist professors wisely in his own book!
stormsg1 2 years ago
"Any Socialist Website" won't do, specific sources please.
theprofessor172 2 years ago
Go to American Thinker dotcom website. go to archives then blog archives July 2009. Go down to July 20 2009 and look for Obama and the CPUSA. Would you like to know who within his cabinet and Czars are self avowed communists and socialists? Now granted it may take a leap of logic which you'll waste time trying to disprove to continue hiding behind your game of words, but I'll direct you back to Norman Thomas' quote 2 posts up. You can't admit it or you'll lose the ignorant vote as well.
stormsg1 2 years ago
Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif, leader in the House of Representatives, also serves on the executive committee of the socialist-leaning progressive Caucus, a bloc of about 60 votes or nearly 30 percent of the minority vote in the lower chamber. Until 1999, the website of the Progressive Caucus was hosted by the Democratic Socialists of America. Following an expose of the link between the two organizations in WorldNetDaily, the Progressive Caucus established its own website under the auspices of Congress
stormsg1 2 years ago
Go to the DSA website and read their agenda, it will look strikingly familiar to you. Read the Communist Manifesto, you will find yourself for sure. Do a tiny bit of due diligence and you can't miss it. Unfortunately I can't post links in youtube. This is not earth shattering news here, in fact, either you're the last to know or you're playing the game of not exposing this fact to other readers who might not know any better, stumble on this post and realize that they've been duped by Dems.
stormsg1 2 years ago
you forgeot to also thank the LIBERAL majority congress, (with a 9% approval rating mind you)for all the problems. remember checks and balances??? If you blame bush, blame congress too!
mtoosxy 3 years ago
That's because GWB's dumbass vetoes EVERYTHING, and it's very difficult to get a 2/3 majority to veto it, although they were able to do it for the GI bill (which he threatened to veto, and saw his veto wouldn't matter so he signed it), and the new Medicare bill that he just vetoed and the House just got 2/3 so now it goes to the Senate.
rakrobn 3 years ago
And 51-49 is not a huge majority considering 2 a re independents. Once we get 2/3 (which we will), then liberals will take over. Conservatism will be put in the Smithsonian.
rakrobn 3 years ago
Let's also not forget that if the congress is tied, the tie breaker is that gusher of wisdom, Dick Chaney.

Republicans are losing elections left and right as conservatism is no longer popular.
rakrobn 3 years ago
Oh yes is it the Democrats fault that the economy is so bad??? Democrats are the one labeled as tax and spend, yet Republicans have had the worst fiscal responsibility and have increased spending. Democrats wouldn't be stupid enough to vote in a Republican primary when the Democratic primary btw Obama and Clinton was so close. If anyone switched it was Republicans bc of your God Rush Limbaugh, and all you dittoheads followed what he said. Too bad it didn't work.
rakrobn 3 years ago

How much is oil now?
aberzombie22 3 years ago
So the value of the dollar dropped 60 dollars? Wow. And the Republicans PRINT money? Holy shit, I didn't know that! You're a fucking retard. Fuck off.
