My dog's game was that he used to find something, anything, even a piece of paper,and then he would try to have me grab it from him. Of course, whenever I tried to grab it, he would quickly pull his head away and start growling, but if I ignored him he would start pleading [whining] so that I would take it. He was so funny.

HAHA! it is funny how boxers carry similar characteristis! i tried to explain this game to my dad few weeks ago with my boxer! boxers are not retrievers, they expect hand-outs with some things! that is why they have such sweet faces! check out some of my boxer's videos, Roxie!!!

you are right, they do expect alot of hand outs. my dog rosie likes to do the same thing with her ball. rolls it under a couch or table and starts scratching and whinning. also my fat boxer buster always puts both of his front paws up on the couch when hes trying to climb up and looks at the closest person until they help him up the couch, the cute face always wins.

lol -- actually SHE'S about 6.5 yrs in this video, taken a year ago. =) But she has lost 12 pounds since then, which makes her look younger now than she does here.

yeah our oldest is 12 and she still plays like a puppy everynight growling at me and my dad and pouncing on us and then she will go and kick the 8 y/o's ass haha rough and tumble and according to wikipedia average life span is 10-12 years so yeah granted not the most reliable but still awesome dogs and they are fairly long lived weve never had one under 11 years
