  • awesome!!!!!

  • BIKE ROCKS !!!! CAR SUCKS XD

  • The biggest thing this proves is that track and rider/driver play a huge role in the "bike vs car" question. I mean this is a 03 600cc super sport against a 07 GT3. And the bike wins! Even as a rider... that's crazy... it's fucking awesome, but it's crazy.

  • its only a 600 - make it fair and use 800cc or above...

  • i agree

  • i think they are well balanced..i think a 600cc does better on corners than a liter bike

  • I wonder what the outcome would have been if they had used 1,000 cc bike.

  • which circuit is that?

  • bikes are inferior plain and simple. they have better acceleration due to better power to weight ratio, but they have 2 tires and bad weight distribution. the have bad handling too.put a top class car against a top class bike, and F1 or lmp1 would blow any competition from any bike.

  • just shows how much u know about bikes

  • wtf are you talking about? bikes have the ideal weight distribution, everything is centered and power comes in at the rear wheel... you're a fucking idiot cager.

  • @coolestwhiteguy how are bikes inferior? you must of never ridden a bike!

  • I think it would take a VERY good biker to match the corning of a decent driver in the corners

  • F1 is faster. But only due to areo download. Take off its wings and then see. A production based bike will destroy a production based car (plus the GT3 does have some downforce) (seen here). Why? Neither use much downforce.

  • Was that only a 600cc bike. At first i thought it was a computer game lol. Looks to me like rider would make the difference if anything.

  • honestly the bike would rape a car any a race they just accelerate to fast no matter how fast a car it just wont keep up with a bike there to fast and to light were there car is hevy

  • motorbikes have to brake harder and earlier, while cars can brake later. but if the road is wet and slippery, the car could win. but then again, it depends on the rider also. bikes and cars are both good in different ways.

  • As a toy , bikes win but as a form of reliable, comfortable and safe transportation, cars win.Bikes are cheap, cars are expensive.

  • good bikes r affordable, good cars, not so much.

  • "reliable, comfortable and safe transportation" u think ppl who go out and buy a sportbike or sports cars takes those factors into consideration??

  • one thing is sure. the bike have a better acceleration.

  • Interesting footage. Bikes are exceptional value. 2008 1,000cc machines are probably lighter and more nimble than the R6 shown here. The margin would be bigger. Most capable of sub 7.30 lap of ring. Rider is everything though!

  • not a chance sunshine I go to the ring regularly and no standard bike would get even close to that but lets set this whole record straight bikes are built for speed and nothing else if you lost 3 or 400 hundred kilos in dead weight and gave the car alifespan of the bikes and put the same sticky tryes on the bike wouldn't see which way the car went round the ring ex. in question look up Caparo t1 no compromises like the bike which one would win answers on a postcard!

  • dude that's like saying if i did the same amount of mods to the bike, the bike would win... obviously we are talking production vehicles, stock for stock. the bike would smoke any car out there, and you know it.

  • very good comment!

  • now let's compare their price tags! :P
