  • thank you i've never seen those exercices before and they look very interesting to me !! please is it true that the more often you do this , bigger your butt will become or it's not , because i've heard that butt exercices should be done in one day and left in the next day and so one to get better results , i just wanna know if doing them many times a day can give opposite results .Sorry if i'm askin for too much and thanks a lot .
