  • this layout needs help

  • @gatewaysolo104 This is the best I could do with a limited amount of space, money & time--although I'm happy with this tiny layout. Thanks anyway for taking the time to watch and leave a comment.

  • Very nice, compact size railroad!

  • @BurgerChefGuy Thanks for spending some time at my channel and for your kind words about my small railroad. BTW, Burger Chef was a great burger chain--I also enjoyed their hot dogs. Thanks for your YT channel!

  • Nicely done!!

  • @ONEBUGS1 Thanks a million for stopping by my channel and for your kind words. They're very much appreciated.

  • Very creative! I love the storyline and the switching. Nice job on the layout, too. Goes to show you don't need a 4x8 to have a great HO layout.

  • @route29a Thanks for witnessing my fictitious CSX crew save the day ... and especially for taking time to leave a comment. Thanks also for the friend invite & favoriting my vid. I appreciate your support.

  • very cool! 4 x 3 is about as small as a layout can be and provide a continuous run and some good switching. You've done a good job on the layout, and the video.

  • @jimsmodeltrains I appreciate your kind words and for witnessing this "averted emergency" with me. You're absolutely right! You can't get much more HO on 4x3 than this. Thanks again for your encouragement.

  • Model railroading is fun! You just proved it !!!

  • @TMandN You bet it is! Thanks for stopping by my channel and taking the time to leave a comment. I appreciate it.

  • You really fooled me with the locations!

  • @Weiberts That was part of my plan; not to fool you, but to show what can be done on even a small layout. Thanks for stopping by and for taking the time to comment. I appreciate it.

  • I LOVE IT!!!!!!!

  • @soundwave000 Thanks so much for taking the time to view my video and comment. I appreciate it.

  • @ibiubuok no problem i wish i got more on my vids. I always want to hear what people have to say, and i rarely get that

  • A great example of "First Mile>Last Mile' railroading :-) Hope this inspires some modellers to consider actually operating their models, instead of just, buying/building/storing-or-selling/repeat... ;-)

  • Thanks for stopping by! You're exactly right: That was my hope in making this video--to show that switching & operation can be done even on a small layout. Thanks again!

  • great!

  • Thanks so much for stopping by and for your comment! I appreciate it.

  • Nice! Your videos are giving me good ideas for my small evolving N scale layout with Kato Unitrack.

  • Thanks for taking the time to leave a comment AND for your subscription. I'm glad my videos are giving you ideas. Good luck to you and feel free to keep asking questions.

  • The music is priceless!

  • Thanks. There's something about it that I've always liked--although I wish I knew who did it. I've even Googled the title, with no success. Thanks so much for stopping by my channel. (BTW, I've enjoyed looking at your vids too! Keep up the good work.)

  • very very nice

  • I appreciate your stopping by, comment & rating! Thanks so much!

  • cool! this is really creative! 5 stars!!

  • Thanks so much. I appreciate your watching my vid and commenting.

  • Great video! The stop motion was awesome! Also i really like how it wasn't that noticeable that the train is delivering the car to the track right beside it lol. again great video!

  • Thanks for stopping by. Glad you caught my hope--to create the illusion that the 2 sidings weren't close to each other. Thanks again!

  • Great job, u dont make video to often, But when you do they turn out GREAT!!! i really like the stop motion scene, 5 Stars.

  • Thanks so much for your kind words! Yup, I amazed myself with the stop motion scene--and how long it took--about 1 hour just to shoot that 15 second sequence. Thanks again for your visit!

  • Thats awlsome! di u jus get that engine? or have u been hiding it from us!? lol

  • Thanks! I've had this engine for about a year--but keep it on this layout in NJ. It's a dual-decoder mode Atlas MP15-DC. (Works in both DC & DCC) I've been real happy with it--and it has horn, bell, break squeal sounds in DC! Since I only have DC layouts, I call it my "transition" for when I go DCC. Thanks again for watching & commenting!

  • Thanks so much for your comment and for stopping by!

  • is this ur new layout? i loved the stop motion scene as well! keep up the good work!

  • Thanks for stopping by. Actually, this layout started out as a loop of track under the Christmas tree--but I kept "improving" it so that now it stays up all year. And I learned a lot doing the stop motion scene. Thanks again for watching!

  • Great layout, and I love the idea of a bit of a storyline to it. Also loved the boxcar stop motion scene!

  • I appreciate your stopping by & commenting. While working on it, I kept thinking, "I ought to show the door being closed somehow." That provided my 1st attempt at stop motion. Thanks again!

  • Good Job man, Keep up the good!!!!!!!

  • Thanks so much for your support! I'll do my best to keep up the good...
