it's almost ridiculous how much this scene freaks people out. not that it doesn't freak me out, but unless someone's trying to kill you, the probability of something like this actually happening so that you can't get out and no one can get to you before it's too late is probably 1%, if not, less.

nevertheless, i tend to check things around me thouroughly just to prevent those little freak accidents ^^'

I know i was replying to a comment that i forgot cuz it was a while ago. They wouldn't have died in the film if death wasn't after them. Since death was after them, that caused the pressure thingy to go up and the shelf to lock them in. I'm excited for THE final destination... Im goin to see it the day it comes out!!! XD

well not really, if water/drink gets on a vac it could short out the wires, it could make the tanning bed go high or down, it chose to go up, in that case the tempeture is going to keep rising til the whole vac is destroyed, so they are idiots and dont notic the lightbulbs get bright, meanwhile they get trapped and it gets brighter, and hotter. once it gets to hot its going to just break/explode,but its kinda dumb because i dont see how lightbulbs are going to give you a tan/make u burn
