...yeah...i guess im one of the very few who are saying this cuz everyone here are fighting about korea and japan . -__- why am i not surprised.. anyway, Congratulations Korea~! in winning the title to host the 2014 winter olympics!! you guys deserve it.
it just reported that one of KTX lines had 53 system failures from the inception of its first operation in march 2010. I also learnt that a pilot who worked for one of korean airlines insured himself more than a million dollars and did a kamikaze dive for his family to claim it.The largest newspaper said that sexual crime rate among youth in korea is three times higher than that of the us and 10 times higher than that of japan.
Fucking Jap haters make negative and bad comments on this video. Please ignore and feel sorry for them ! What goes around comes around ~ that is why they had a big earthquake and Tsunami... They are earning the punishment of God ,hating Korea !!!
@DavBlc7 The only thing that would have prevented the Olympic being held is If N Korea decide to go to war but let's hope both Koreas will stay peaceful in 2018. PyeongChang is close to N Korea border so I noticed on Google Earth so likely Pyeongchang would be in a war zone if both Koreas go to war. However, it will be unlikely war would happen.
I still recall I that in 1988 Seoul Olympic , South Korean boxing coaches attacked a New Zealand referee, Keith Walker, after one of their boxers lost a decision to a Bulgarian in a 119-pound class bout. It was a clean fight and referee's call was fair. Koreans simply can accept the fair sportsman spirit.
Koreans also show their true color during Japan/Korea co-hosted World Cup in 2002.
I don't think Koreans are not mature enough to host any events on international level.
i saw your same comment from other site too. I totally believe that you are jellous Korean people... and you are the one who is not mature enough to post comment. Grow up... stupid monkey.
@ChilSeongGeom my comment was made based on the verifiable facts. You could not even face the past squarely. While you do not even know my ethnicity and nationality, you called me a " jap" and "retard". I do not approve that. You revealed your true color right there.
Japanese have turned themselves into a human handkerchief to console your fragile ego for so may years I wonder when Koreans could be on a par with Japanese?
@ChilSeongGeom By the way, It is not a language thing, but your inferiority complex makes our communication difficult. You reminded me of the Korean perv killed 30+ people at Virginia Tech.
I learnt it based on the recent survey that 70% of Korean wish to migrate somewhere else. their 1st choice is Australia and 2nd Japan.....
Are you better off being a 2nd class resident in Australia rather than the citizen of 3rd class country?
@liveitupalways05 Funny, one korean american might have killed 30 people while your country people killed MILLIONS IN HISTORY? LMFAo
I don't know if you are upto date, these days, immigration back to Korea is popular, get the fact straight, you idiot, koreans wanted to move out because it is too competative country with high private education cost, 90% majority left because of THAT REASON, you full of inferiority complex animal.
@Mayplestory1 I've read about the trend of reverse migration of those Korean from the US in the white paper 2011. The reason is due to the collapsing economy in the US. Further to that, the majority of Koreans realized that they are never be able to assimilate into the mainstream of society there, unlike Japanese american who have achieved one of highest level in education and income along with Jews and the lowest in the crime rate. I you have any doubt , take Sociology 101 in the US.
@Mayplestory1 One time I went to North Africa to carry out financial assessment on a project , accompanied by an engineer from WECAN and another from NZ. When we visited the British consultant, a British said, " Oh you are colonials, eh" I thought it was absurd., but Kiwis and Canadians were colonials historically.
More than a half of century ago, Koreans were the colonials of Japan fought against the allied fores. It was a sad page of "JAPANESE" history that many Koreans lost their lives.
@Mayplestory1 Since you are in Canada, you know about Jae Wook Kang, a raper in B.C.
Before Cayman, I looked after the Asian market in Singapore, my ex-secretary sent to me an article about 16 year old Korean, Jung Suk Won who molested 7 women.
When a hideous crime is taking place, we call it an "isolated incident.", which is diplomatic and politically correct word. But I just wonder what we should call the collections of those " isolated incidents"?
@Mayplestory1 and less than !% of Koreans in the population takes up the remaining 1%? that is impressive.
According to the article on Chosun news dated April 9th 2007, the rate of rape crime per 100,000 population in Korea is twice more than that of the US and 10 times higher than that of japan. 10 times more, my gosh, you, Korean people think like sex, sex, sex in their brain all the time on 24/7? it is difficult to accept the fact. I am so sorry about that. Life is not fair.
@Mayplestory1 Out of last six presidencies in Korea, two prosecuted and did the time in prison, one is about being prosecuted before jumping out of the cliff, what a impressive stat you got there. Ichiro even cant beat it with his batting average..
Here is my suggestion. I don't know why but kim chee somehow magically makes Korean people happy. So, any ladies who plan to go to Korea carry a half pound of kim chee for crime prevention . Lamao
@Mayplestory1 I don't blame you to evade embarrassing questions by me.
The Korean major news Chosun news dated April 9th 2007 stated that the rate of rape crime per 100,000 population in Korea is twice more than that of the US and 10 times higher than that of japan. If I were an ethnic Korean, I am too ashamed to say that I am a Korean.I may even trade my passport with that of a mainland Chinese. I really sorry about that. Did you do any bad things in your previous life?
@liveitupalways05 No matter how you say blah blah, your past crimes as a loser country and current crimes as arrogant country with no apology won't be erased.
Enjoy while you can because your fucked up country Japan is going down deep and deep and deep.
The world is watching....even behind commie country China.
Sorry your ass??!! haha, you are deeply hurt cuz you can't host 2020 tokyo olympics. LMFAO
@Mayplestory1 We had the Nagano Winter olympic back in 1998 You are like being a lap behind. I wonder why Koreans can't help comparing themselves with Japanese. I understand that an anchovy has been bullied by two big fishes for a few millenniums. Perhaps, It is unimaginable for Japanese and Chinese how badly Koreans want to quench their thirst with respect and recognition from others.
I remember Prof.Hwang was not just fabricating data, but also stealing. The pride of Korean!!
@Mayplestory1 While Japanese woman football team advances to the final in the WC, Korean pro football league fixes matches.
Throwing punches to a referee,Keith Walke because Koreans coaches couldn't take a loss in Seoul Olympic boxing bout, Intentional kicking to Paolo Maldin's head by Lee Chun Soo in Japan/ Korea WC after having a serie of rough plays, racism row with 'monkey face" ignaited by Ki Sung-Yueng...
These are just the típ of the íceberg. Koreans spoil games with dirty plays.
@Mayplestory1 Calm down! LOL You don't have to shriek the comment of no substance in the high-pitched voice of yours By any chance , you use Skype?.
I am sure Japanese athletes did their best just like Koreans did for their country and people. I was very grateful to them and also enchanted with performances of Yuna and Mao. I think healthy rivalry is good for both countries.
What I been saying is that you should not compare Koreans with Japanese, instead you should reflect on yourselves.
@Mayplestory1 Stop making comparison with others! In my grandparents' generation, they would buy a new car if their neighbors get one. They are happy if their kids outperform the neighbor's. If you have this kind of mentarity, your life is miserable. Assuming that you are an average person, a half of population is smarter, more beautiful, stronger, richer, higher integrity, and smaller face than you.
That is why your people have a losing battle. Try not be grumpy , but be happy!
@Mayplestory1 Thank you for taking time for me. I am a bit tired of reading your comments lacking concreteness.
Please make sure to watch the woman football WC final, Japan VS the US. Of course, you can pull the US team. Regardless of the outcome, if you see this match, you will know the reason why the Japanese team inspire many people around the world including Americans. It is because the Japanese team is not physical, but humble and exemplifies tactical superbness.
@Mayplestory1 One more thing! If you ever visit Korea, ask them to return Takeshima to Japan as soon as possible. The Rusk documents clearly stated Takeshima is Japanese teriitory. I hope Korean stop acting like a small time thief.
I hope that your people catch up with us and do thing on the par with Japanese soon.Once you attain this stage, you don't have to freak out every time we make something big. Now, Koreans are like small kids
@liveitupalways05 will you please shut up? Go read the Onshu Shicho Goki, learn Jap history, and be quiet. It's like you forgot that that book existed when you're like "Takeshima is Japanese". That book even says it's Korean. And it's a Japanese book. F*ck the Rusk documents, because the Americans had no idea of what was going on then. And please, keep your hate comments to yourself, please, spreading your shit. The world would be a much more peaceful place without idiots like you around. Bye.
@ChilSeongGeom In Rusk documents, it clearly said that Yang You Chan, the South Korean ambassador to the U.S begged Rusk to reject that the Japanese claim to the Liancourt Rocks would not be renounced in the peace treaty. This document itself proved that Korea knew that takeshima is Japanese territory.
At the , the States government turned down the request, then, Korea started acting like thief. Japanese government always welcome for amicable international legal settlement,
Let me tell you, you stupid ignorant short dickhead, the Rusk Documents CLEARLY INDICATE USA concluded on Dokdo island was CONTRAVERSIAL without knowing the true history of two countries. LOL
You stupid ignorant dickhead dumbassface, read the documents PRIOR TO showing your stupidity,
Dokdo island has been Korean territory from B.C. Even Jap maps and documents prove it. What a dumbass bunch of THIEVES, Thieves, that is your fucked up name.
@Mayplestory1Your stupid ignorant short dickhead is back. Did you see the final? When Abby Wanback's header went in , I thought that was it.Then I went to the kitchen to toast some beagles and brew coffee. When I was back, I saw Abby Wanback was about shooting her PK. My chin was really hitting the floor. Then, 20 years old center-back made it into left upper corner.I think Kumagai is only 20 years old player who is gutsy enough to kick it up there. It was just a amazing game. I
@Mayplestory1 Sorry. CONTRAVERSIAL over the fishing right?
Well, we like a fair play, so we asked Korean government to settle this matter in the International Court of Justice, not once, but twice, You remember?
@Mayplestory1 <Let me tell you, you stupid ignorant short dickhead, the Rusk Documents CLEARLY INDICATE USA concluded on Dokdo island was CONTRAVERSIAL without knowing the true history of two countries. LOL I think ChilSeongGeom needs your help. Please assist him if you are not same person, LOL
@liveitupalways05 are you an idiot? Don't you understand English? Yang You-chan negotiated with Rusk to CONFIRM the RENUNCIATION of Japanese sovereignty over Dokdo! I.E. KOREA WAS STATING DOKDO WAS KOREAN TERRITORY. And besides, the U.S. Government itself said that the documents SHOULDN'T be interpreted as saying that Dokdo lies under Japanese jurisdiction, and it's acknowledged that the Rusk Documents are questionable, as there wasn't enough historical understanding.
@ChilSeongGeom Hi ya! I am back.It was a magical 11 days for fly fishing trip. I landed more than two dozens of bone fishes and others. I troll here once in a while, but I catch only 멸치볶음, LOL. Well, back to Takeshima thing, I already asked my friend in Japan to FedEx the copy of "Onshu Shicho Goki" which you mentioned earlier. it should be available due shortly., so please enlighten me from which lines on the context you drew the conclusion that Takeshima is not Japanese territory?
Thanks for the lines. I will translate these classic Japanese for your perusal shortly since Korean abandoned Chinese characters long time ago. we all know that proficiency in classic Chinese/ Japanese are rather poor among Korean people.
I am sure if you remember these , you also remember your refereed lines in Rusk letter. Please let me know by return.
@liveitupalways05 i skipped it because it was all geographical information. well done on finding it, though.
Either way, all it's saying is the distance from Onshu to Dokdo and such is blahblahblah (i dont know ancient metric systems so dont ask ==") and what direction they lie from Oki... it's the same conclusion, that the northwestern boundary of Japan WAS bounded by Onshu.
Err I didn't read all the Rusk documents. I just saw a summary of them on google somewhere. Makes life much easier.
@ChilSeongGeom here is the english traslation of the context from Classic Japanese for your info
(1)Oki island is located in the Japan Sea. (2)Toward south from south, it’s about 140km to Mihoseki in the western Shimae prefecture, 160km to Akasaki Ura,in Tottori prefecture. Toward north west, 232km to Yunotsu in the eastern Shimae prefecture and from noth to east there is no land
(3) In the north western territory, it takes 2 day one night to Takeshima, another day to Utsuryou-tou.
@ChilSeongGeom The historical fact is that Korea stole Takeshima from Japan. Japanese government asked Korean government to to settle this matter in International Court of Justice twice. Just like the reasoning you just failed to make a case, Korean government know its claim will not withstand in the trial, so they refused to settle it and keep the stolen territory.
Based on the all the fact. I can reasonably conclude that Koreans are thieves.
@liveitupalways05 oh, and it says "此州". It refers to "this state" or "this shu". It doesn't describe the island. And besides, if you'd like another point of reference, I suggest you read the Mangi Yoram. And don't go looking for the book, it's a waste of time, just look it up on Google.
And plus, Korea only declined because there've been cases in the ICJ where the outcome wasn't always correct, as with between... who was it.. Britain and France? I think, I'm just digging this up from memory.
”州” originally meant a sandbank. Later it was also meant to be an ocean, islet and administrative district depending upon the context. The demonstrative adjective "此" which meas "this" of course refers back to the previous lines.
@liveitupalways05 that meaning is only exclusive to modern japanese use, in olden times it almost exclusively referred to any sort of state or governed land. and i get where you're going with the translation, but the fact that "此州" is translated to mean Onshu is recognised fact, and funnily enough, the Japanese foreign ministry seems to avoid mentioning this particular piece. And if it's a book on Onshu, it would only make sense that "此州" refers to Onshu, because it's in first-perspective.
@ChilSeongGeom In Modern Japanese, we do not use "州" often, except as a proper noun like Honshu(本州).As for the meaning of administrative district, we use "州" for states in the US or other nations using same term. The units of Japanese admin districts are 都(metropolitan Tokyo)、道(Hokkaido)、府(Osaka and Kyoto),
県(Prefectures), 市(City), 郡(County), 町(town),村(Village), 区(Ward)。We never use "州" for that.
I am a native, so I know the usage and meaning of both classic and modern Japanese well
@liveitupalways05 i study japanese, so i know as well. and need i remind you that this book was written over three centuries ago? THE KANJI USAGE WAS DIFFERENT BACK THEN. WAY DIFFERENT.
@ChilSeongGeom < i remind you that this book was written over three centuries ago? THE KANJI USAGE WAS DIFFERENT BACK THEN
we have a compulsory curriculum to study modern Japanese、Classical Japaneseand classical Chinese.
In classical Japanese class, we study poems like "Collection of Ten Thousand Leaves" , which was compiled in seventh and eighth century. In classical Chinese, we study the Records of the Grand Historian and others, which are almost 2000 years old.
@liveitupalways05 oh, and read the internet article by Hashimori Iwata. I think he was a naturalised citizen of Japan or something and he maintains a multisection article on the net, with the first articled titled "First Written Records on Tokdo".
Read this compilation through once and see if your argument still stands.
@ChilSeongGeom You ask lots of questions and refers someones' opinions. You should realize that while there is a fact, there are infinite number of opinions.I am sure Mr Iwata has his own set of political and perhaps economical agendas. Therefore, we have to stick to the preliminary source of information at our own hands.
The writer said, "These two island are inhabited. Viewing Korai is just like viewing Oki from Shimane" When he put the result of his survey into words、 he visualized the scenery of Korean peninsula from Utsuryou-tou and compared it with viewing Oki from Shimane. On this sentence, his pivotal position is no other place, but utsuryo-tou. That is why "此州" refers to Utsuryou-tou.
Based on this fact, not opinion, Takeshima is our territory historically.
@liveitupalways05 exactly, he mentioned Oki. It wouldn't make sense if a sudden mention of Ulleung was made and it was suddenly incorporated into "此州". Ulleung or Dokdo were never part of any "州", rather if you examine other records, a "國" in ancient times, using the old Kanji for the term, and like I said, if that's true, why don't the Japanese use the book to support their argument? (Take a look and compare these records to the Samguk Sagi and the Mangi Yoram, it's all useful study.)
@ChilSeongGeom The bottom line is Takeshima was returned to Japan after the war. In 1952, I Seung-man declared unlawfully that Takeshima is Korean territory and occupied with force. Til 1965, 44 Japanese crews were killed and 3,929 others were kidnapped by the Korean forces
The international community based on the Treaty including Rusk document recognized that Japan has sovereignty over Takeshima island. This is the reason Korean government refused to settle it in ICJ.
i. Explain to me why Japanese maps before the 20th Century display Dokdo as Korean?
ii. Dokdo isn't mentioned anywhere in the SFT, and as far as we know, all former Korean territories were to be returned upon surrender - this INCLUDES Dokdo, cos it was incorporated in the 1905 edict from the Japanese Cabinet, which stated it was terra nullius,
iii. Did the Americans have any historical understanding of the argument? No. That's why the documents are unreliable.
@ChilSeongGeom < i. Explain to me why Japanese maps before the 20th Century display Dokdo as Korean? Among others, the following maps clearly show our territory , Takeshima:
@liveitupalways05 You're an idiot. Most of those maps assert Japan was able to use Dokdo as a port-of-call, and if you read your history, which would be hard considering how much Japan likes covering up, you'll know that the Shogunate renounced all claim to the Japanese-called Takeshima and Matsushima islands in 1699. And those maps are maps of the islands - having maps of the islands doesnt make them Japanese. The Koreans had maps of Tsushima in their maps, does that make Tsushima Korean?
@ChilSeongGeom . <Explain to me why Japanese maps before the 20th Century display Dokdo as Korean?
well, you asked this ditsy question, so I gave you five maps. The point here is how precise those maps were complied.
The Korean government has claimed that Uzan-tou (于山島) is Takeshima. Take a look at your 朝鮮八道総覧之圖1652-1767! It shows that Uzan-tou is located just north of Utsuryou-tou. Takeshima is as i said Takeshima is actually located about 92 km in the south east of Utsuryou-tou.
@ChilSeongGeom <The Koreans had maps of Tsushima in their maps, does that make Tsushima Korean?
No I don't think so.
Look at your map, 白君河原図! On this map, uzan-tou is depicted in the due west of Utsuryou-tou. The sizes of two island are drawn to be almost same. It means this map is totally incorrect, so I wonder how Korea could claim its sovereignty over Takeshima without the knowledge of its whereabouts back then.
Please allow me put my opinion in a point blank way. Your people are a joke..
@liveitupalways05 oh, and one more thing - you gave me five maps - one of which wasn't even before 1905, but 1975. Korea has no less than forty Japanese maps which support its argument.
For more info, go to w w w . d o k d o - t a k e s h i m a . c o m
Sorry for the weird link, but Youtube wont let me post.
thank you for pointing it out. it's not 1975, but 1779.I have no idea how many maps like that were there. I believe that precision of maps indicates how well compilers had a thorough knowledge of the area and relative positions of islands However, . I am not sure what the meaning of the number implies.
Can you logically elaborate the meaning of your line, "Korea has no less than forty Japanese maps which support its argument." ?
Further to that、Korean map ”東国輿地勝覧” (1530) shows 于山島 on the west of Utsuryou-tou. Korean claimed that 于山島 was Takeshima, but relative positon is totally wrong. In fact there is no island in the west of Utsuryou-tou. 白君河原図(1603)and 朝鮮八道古総覧図(1673) have similar errors.
If the relative position of Utsuryou-tou and Takeshima on those maps is wrong, it just shows that Korean did not have sufficient survey on the area.
@liveitupalways05 OMG you are so freaking hard-headed - how much must I tell you that THOSE MAPS ARENT ACCURATE ==
If what you say is true, then Ulleungdo shouldn't even exist!
And sure, we didn't have sufficient surveying in the area, because, oh, I dunno, OH, YOUR FUCKING PEOPLE INVADED US AND MAKE US TAKE A VACANT ISLAND POLICY?
and what is this stuff that 石道 isn't Dokdo? Give me definitive evidence for that. The Korean case is strong, and it's supported even by some of you Japs, so shut up.
@ChilSeongGeom <i. Dokdo isn't mentioned anywhere in the SFT,
The excerpt of Treaty of Peace with Japan CHAPTER II TERRITORY Article 2 (a) is as follows
Japan recognizing the independence of Korea, renounces all right, title and claim to Korea, including the islands of Quelpart, Port Hamilton and Dagelet.
The treaty, which confirmed that Takeshima was Japanese territory by excursion of Takeshima from the territories to be returned to Korea , was signed by Japan and 48 other nations.
@liveitupalways05 I'm sorry, but now I really know you're an idiot. On the SFT, true, Dokdo wasn't mentioned, but so were about 3000 other outlying islands off the Korean Coast. Are those Japanese too, then?
And I'm not talking about independent academics here - I'm talking about the most reliable source of US policy of all - the US government. They said themselves it's not right to assert that the US had enough historical understanding at the time of Rusk.
@liveitupalways05 What the hell are you on about? Why do you always change the subject to all this irrelevant shit?
I'll reiterate what someone else said before.
A Korean at Virginia killed 30, and in response, all Korea was thrown into remorse. And, oh , YOUR PEOPLE KILLED MILLIONS. HA. AND YOU GUYS WON'T EVEN APOLOGISE.
I personally have a dignified respect for the nation of Japan as a whole, but idiots like you are just pathetic. I'm not even gonna argue with you anymore, you're pointless.
@ChilSeongGeom <Why do you always change the subject to all this irrelevant shit?
For last one week, I've never changed the subject, but explained the reason why Takeshima is Japanese territory. You are simply saying this because you can't make valid argument against the fact that the Imperial Ordinance No. 41 of 1900 did not refer the placement of our Takeshima under the jurisdiction of Korea. This fact was surfaced from the article in old Korean newspaper (皇城新聞) dated July 13 1906.
@ChilSeongGeom < YOUR PEOPLE KILLED MILLIONS. HA. AND YOU GUYS WON'T EVEN APOLOGISE.
You want to change the subject.? For your information, it is officially recorded that two emperors and 11 PMs apologized to Korean, china and other nations altogether 16 times other than ODA and monetary compensation for the war time aggression. How you play with this political card, Takeshima remains to be our territory.
I knew you would freak out, because your argument, mate, was falling to bits. LOL
@ChilSeongGeom <On the SFT, true, Dokdo wasn't mentioned, but so were about 3000 other outlying islands off the Korean Coast. Are those Japanese too, then?
Yang You Chan requested. the US to amend the said article 2(a) to include Dokdo and Parangdo additionally and specifically to be a part of territory to return to Korea. The US turned him down flat based on the said ground. Are you now saying we have a dispute over 3000 more islands in the Sea of Japan in addition to Takeshima?
@ChilSeongGeom@ChilSeongGeom <And I'm not talking about independent academics here - I'm talking about the most reliable source of US policy of all - the US government.
My in-law was an academic in specialized in the economics of central America, who assumed an advisory role to the state department for contra issue. The academicians and civilian specialists are reliable source of information to all the departments in the US government to formulate its policy.
The excerpt of the letter dated July 19, 1951from Korean to the US for the request of amendments the the draft of the treaty as follows:
1. My Government requests that the word “renounces” in Paragraph a, Article Number 2, should be replaced by “confirms that it renounced on August 9,1945, all right, title and claim to Korea and the islands which were part of Korea prior to its annexation by Japan, including the island Quelpart, Port Hamilton, Dagelet, Dokdo and Parangdo.”
The excerpt of the reply by Rusk to the letter dated July 19, 1951from Korean to the US for the request of amendments the the draft of the treaty is as follows:
As regards the island of Dokdo, otherwise known as Takeshima or Liancourt Rocks, this normally uninhabited rock formation was according to our information never treated as part of Korea and, since about 1905, has been under the jurisdiction of the Oki Islands Branch Office of Shimane Prefecture of Japan.
well, it seems the Americans never read Imperial Ordinance No. 41, issued as an edict by the Emperor of Korea in 1900, FIVE YEARS PRIOR to Shimane's illegal incorporation of Dokdo - illegal because Dokdo was never a terra nullius, as asserted by Japan.
The argument on Imperial Ordinance No. 41, issued as an edict by the Emperor of Korea in 1900 is a twice-told tale.
Do you think Yang sent out the request for amendment to the states government and just sit in his office and check the reply in mail box everyday? LOL Everybody who discussed about Takeshima issue all knows this.
The Imperial Ordinance No. 41 referred the placement of Utsuryou-tou, Chikusho(竹嶼) and ishijima (石島) under the jurisdiction of Korea. While in Japan concluded that ishijima is kannonnjima in korea, Korea said it is Takeshima. because 石島is another alias of Takeshima. After all, the argument was inconclusive to 2008. On the other hand, Takeshima was placed under the Japanese jurisdiction in 1905.The fact was concurred by all the parties including you and Korean government.
@ChilSeongGeom In 2008, one local Japanese paper made a report on the article on Ishijima dated July 13 1906 in Korean newspaper (皇城新聞), which said Utsduryou-tou was promoted to utsuryou gun (郡) including Chikusho(竹嶼) and ishijima (石島).The are measured 60 ri(里)from its east to west and 40 ri (里) from north to south.
In South Korea, however, the ri (里) currently in use is a unit taken from the Han li. It has a value of approximately 392.72metres, being exactly one tenth of Japanese ri.
@ChilSeongGeom <Did the Americans have any historical understanding of the argument? No. That's why the documents are unreliable.
The state department has its own archives over the issue. Apart from that, some of research institutes such as Cornell, UC Berkley, and University of Hawaii have very capable academics and excellent resources in Asian study. The states government was able to reasonably concluded that Takeshima be the territory of Japan based on the all those resources.
@liveitupalways05 You're making stuff up here - I read myself that American studies concluded that it was CONTROVERSIAL to assume that America had sufficient historical understanding at said era.
@ChilSeongGeom < I read myself that American studies concluded that it was CONTROVERSIAL to assume that America had sufficient historical understanding at said era. I already asked you twice to differentiate opinions and facts.Facts are to be supported by evidences which are verifiable by third parties.
@ChilSeongGeom <iii. Did the Americans have any historical understanding of the argument? No. That's why the documents are unreliable.
Beside, You are not able to provide any objective evidences showing that the states government lacked knowledge and information to judge on the issue. You just try to discredit the states government to justify your wishful personal view and to deny the fact that sovereignty of Takeshima by Japan.
@liveitupalways05 Well, even though there were edicts released by Korea prior to 1905, which were authentic resources, America never read them. You still think they had enough historical understanding?
@ChilSeongGeom <You still think they had enough historical understanding?
The argument on Imperial Ordinance No. 41 was inconclusive til 2008. Now it's proved that Ishijima was not Takeshima.
Therefore, it shows that decision made by the US government based on the fact that takeshima has never been treated as part of Korea and, since about 1905, has been under the jurisdiction of the Oki Islands Branch Office of Shimane Prefecture of Japan.was correct
@ChilSeongGeom Reposted: here is the english traslation of the context from Classic Japanese for your info
This was not sudden mention The prospective readers were, of course, not much familiar with those islands.First, he put a pivot on Oki. From Oki , the geographical relative locations of the places including Takeshima and Utsuryou-tou was given. He assisted them to understand locality with that explanation and then made the conclusion that Usturyou-tou is the boarder.
@liveitupalways05 It's not classical Japanese, it's Classical Chinese, the lingua franca of the time.
So you can't translate it as if it's modern Japanese Kanji usage, because the meanings as well as the Kanji themselves are way too different for comparison.
Face it, it's a fact that the translation I provided is accepted. Read anywhere - have you read ANY LEGITIMATE theory suggesting it should be read otherwise? Ask Hosaka Yuji. I believe he's Japanese-background.
>In territorial issue, of course recent events carry heavier weight.
Well, the Japanese use Shogunate-era documents to try to confirm their claim, because the more ancient the sources, the more valid the claim. So why not use the book?
>"Err I didn't read all the Rusk documents. I just saw a summary of them on google somewhere.
@liveitupalways05 Oh, just some info. The Samguk Sagi, 1145: Records of a Korean conquest of Dokdo. The Sejong Shillok, 1432: Korean surveys saying Dokdo was Korean. The Dongguk Yeojiseungram, 1481: Records that Dokdo was Korean-owned. The Onshu Shicho Goki, 1677: Japanese survey stating that Dokdo was Korean. The Tokugawa-Tottori exchange, 1695: Japanese acknowledgement that Dokdo was Korean. The Sangoku Tsuuran Chizu, 1785: Japanese map, showing Dokdo was Korean.
@Mayplestory1 Like I said, if you want respect and recognition , you have to earn them. If you steal, cheat, rape, and infringe, people don't like it.
As long as you compare yourselves with Japanese, you will be haunted with ghosts in the shadow of Japan forever. You have to make it with your own terms, but "FAIRLY"
I truly hope that your people are soon able to shed the mentality of my grandparents, so that we don't have to turn ourselves into human handkerchief to console your fragile ego.
@Mayplestory1 The last , but not the least, you and your people are funny.
By the way, where the idea of copying iPhone, Jaguar and Mercedes CSL comes from? Your people's creativity just astounds me. Among other things, I think I see a certain propensity in infringement and sexual crime in your people.
What do you think? Laughing all the way to my bank.
@liveitupalways05 Funny, ever since South Korean company Products become #1 or exceed your funny people's stuff, you funny people whine or bark aloud.
@Mayplestory1 <ever since South Korean company Products become #1 or exceed your funny people's stuff,
I have 277 colleagues plus supporting people in my office and they are all mixed in ethnicity and nationalities. I see some drive BMW , Mercedes, Audi, Lexus, Acura, Toyota and Honda, but never see anyone driving Hyundai or Kia? They use iphone, nokia sonny-ericson, BB and so on.
It is awkward to say, but we share the same feeling that we are not sure about Korean products, you know.
@liveitupalways05 Really, you must be working in a 3rd class company whatever, because the world records show Samsung is #1 company exceeding any german and japanese for electronics and stuff...
The biggest libary in Toronto has tons of computers and they are all Korean products.
So I guess you are living in a sewage world whatever.
Know the number first before revealing your stupidity. LMFAO
@Mayplestory1 I am sure that Samsung is the largest corporation whose owner was busted because of tax evasion, LOL
Do you know the GDP of Tokyo is larger than that of Canada. Since Yen has been appreciated 40% over the year The GDP of Tokyo now became much larger. I just wonder which one is larger, the smallest library in Tokyo or the largest in Toronto?
Anyway, I guess your library was short in the budget for PC, laughin til I cry
@liveitupalways05 This dummie is not worthy of having communication.
Samsung is #1 electronics company in the world exceeding Sony since 2005, you fucked up idiot.
GDP of S Korea is higher than that of Canada, GDP by PPP, you idiot.
No worries, Japan is going down deep and deep, no japanese products are famous any more... Too bad most of offices in Canada use Korean products as they are # selling products over German Nazis and Jap Nazis. I laugh so hard over this idiot's stupidity. LMFAO
@Mayplestory1 <Samsung is #1 electronics company in the world exceeding Sony since 2005, you fucked up idiot.
Of course if it can cut down R&D by infringing others' copy rights, Samsung face law suits one after another. This is Korean way. I don't minf having iPhone, but not copied one, beside Samsung is brand for developing countries.
<GDP of S Korea is higher than that of Canada, GDP by PPP, you idiot.
Japan is second largest trade partner after the US. How large is that relative to Tokyo?
Pyeongchang fighting..... Get the 2018 winter Olympic games...
It's about time Asia showed the world again how things r meant to run...
Narrowly missing out to Vancouver which started with a tragic death n crap snow n then missing out to Sochi but Korea can do it....
The facility is there.. Close proximity so it'll feel close n warm with everyone in the Olympic mood... Korea, show the world an event they'll remember as an event for this millennia :D
lexlib, we've tried for 8 years to bid on 2010 and 2014, unlike Annecy or Munich, and Sochi already took the Europe. It is very unlikely that PyeongChang will fail.
Personally, I think the 2018 logo could be better designed. I feel it lacks dynamism. Whatever the results of the bid, I would like to see Korea show an unique vision whenever it comes to hosting sports on the international level. Something mind-blowing and inimitable! Aja aja!
Great job! So proud.

it just reported that one of KTX lines had 53 system failures from the inception of its first operation in march 2010. I also learnt that a pilot who worked for one of korean airlines insured himself more than a million dollars and did a kamikaze dive for his family to claim it.The largest newspaper said that sexual crime rate among youth in korea is three times higher than that of the us and 10 times higher than that of japan.

Mayplestory1 8 months ago 2

Is this due to your blood thing?

@Mayplestory1 and less than !% of Koreans in the population takes up the remaining 1%? that is impressive.
According to the article on Chosun news dated April 9th 2007, the rate of rape crime per 100,000 population in Korea is twice more than that of the US and 10 times higher than that of japan. 10 times more, my gosh, you, Korean people think like sex, sex, sex in their brain all the time on 24/7? it is difficult to accept the fact. I am so sorry about that. Life is not fair.

"隱州在北海中故云隠岐島 ...
"戍亥間行二日一夜 有松島又一日程有竹島俗言磯竹島多竹魚海鹿 ...
"此二島無人之地見高麗如自雲州望隱州然則日本之乾地以此州爲限矣"

Thanks for the lines. I will translate these classic Japanese for your perusal shortly since Korean abandoned Chinese characters long time ago. we all know that proficiency in classic Chinese/ Japanese are rather poor among Korean people.
I am sure if you remember these , you also remember your refereed lines in Rusk letter. Please let me know by return.
thanks for your quick action
liveitupalways05 7 months ago
@ChilSeongGeom I check the context and realized that you skipped an important line in a bracket.
With it and without it, it means differently.
liveitupalways05 7 months ago
@liveitupalways05 i skipped it because it was all geographical information. well done on finding it, though.
Either way, all it's saying is the distance from Onshu to Dokdo and such is blahblahblah (i dont know ancient metric systems so dont ask ==") and what direction they lie from Oki... it's the same conclusion, that the northwestern boundary of Japan WAS bounded by Onshu.
Err I didn't read all the Rusk documents. I just saw a summary of them on google somewhere. Makes life much easier.
ChilSeongGeom 7 months ago
@ChilSeongGeom here is the english traslation of the context from Classic Japanese for your info
(1)Oki island is located in the Japan Sea. (2)Toward south from south, it’s about 140km to Mihoseki in the western Shimae prefecture, 160km to Akasaki Ura,in Tottori prefecture. Toward north west, 232km to Yunotsu in the eastern Shimae prefecture and from noth to east there is no land
(3) In the north western territory, it takes 2 day one night to Takeshima, another day to Utsuryou-tou.
liveitupalways05 7 months ago
@ChilSeongGeom 2nd part for your info
(4)It’s generally called Isochiku-tou. You see bamboo, fish and seals in abundance.
(5)These two island are inhabited. Viewing Korai is just like viewing Oki from Shimane.
(6) Therefore, in the north westren territory of Japan, this island (Utsuryou-tou)is on the border.
Based on this document, it clearly indicated our true border may on the Utsryou-tou or a little further up in the north
liveitupalways05 7 months ago
@ChilSeongGeom The historical fact is that Korea stole Takeshima from Japan. Japanese government asked Korean government to to settle this matter in International Court of Justice twice. Just like the reasoning you just failed to make a case, Korean government know its claim will not withstand in the trial, so they refused to settle it and keep the stolen territory.
Based on the all the fact. I can reasonably conclude that Koreans are thieves.
liveitupalways05 7 months ago
@liveitupalways05 oh, and it says "此州". It refers to "this state" or "this shu". It doesn't describe the island. And besides, if you'd like another point of reference, I suggest you read the Mangi Yoram. And don't go looking for the book, it's a waste of time, just look it up on Google.
And plus, Korea only declined because there've been cases in the ICJ where the outcome wasn't always correct, as with between... who was it.. Britain and France? I think, I'm just digging this up from memory.
ChilSeongGeom 7 months ago
@ChilSeongGeom
”州” originally meant a sandbank. Later it was also meant to be an ocean, islet and administrative district depending upon the context. The demonstrative adjective "此" which meas "this" of course refers back to the previous lines.
liveitupalways05 7 months ago
@liveitupalways05 that meaning is only exclusive to modern japanese use, in olden times it almost exclusively referred to any sort of state or governed land. and i get where you're going with the translation, but the fact that "此州" is translated to mean Onshu is recognised fact, and funnily enough, the Japanese foreign ministry seems to avoid mentioning this particular piece. And if it's a book on Onshu, it would only make sense that "此州" refers to Onshu, because it's in first-perspective.
ChilSeongGeom 7 months ago
@ChilSeongGeom In Modern Japanese, we do not use "州" often, except as a proper noun like Honshu(本州).As for the meaning of administrative district, we use "州" for states in the US or other nations using same term. The units of Japanese admin districts are 都(metropolitan Tokyo)、道(Hokkaido)、府(Osaka and Kyoto),
県(Prefectures), 市(City), 郡(County), 町(town),村(Village), 区(Ward)。We never use "州" for that.
I am a native, so I know the usage and meaning of both classic and modern Japanese well
liveitupalways05 7 months ago
@liveitupalways05 i study japanese, so i know as well. and need i remind you that this book was written over three centuries ago? THE KANJI USAGE WAS DIFFERENT BACK THEN. WAY DIFFERENT.
Sheesh.
ChilSeongGeom 7 months ago
@ChilSeongGeom < i remind you that this book was written over three centuries ago? THE KANJI USAGE WAS DIFFERENT BACK THEN
we have a compulsory curriculum to study modern Japanese、Classical Japaneseand classical Chinese.
In classical Japanese class, we study poems like "Collection of Ten Thousand Leaves" , which was compiled in seventh and eighth century. In classical Chinese, we study the Records of the Grand Historian and others, which are almost 2000 years old.
liveitupalways05 7 months ago
@liveitupalways05 oh, and read the internet article by Hashimori Iwata. I think he was a naturalised citizen of Japan or something and he maintains a multisection article on the net, with the first articled titled "First Written Records on Tokdo".
Read this compilation through once and see if your argument still stands.
ChilSeongGeom 7 months ago
@liveitupalways05 OH I found a link which could lead you to it, it's ref.article 19 on the Wikipedia article on the Dokdo dispute. Happy reading.
ChilSeongGeom 7 months ago
@ChilSeongGeom You ask lots of questions and refers someones' opinions. You should realize that while there is a fact, there are infinite number of opinions.I am sure Mr Iwata has his own set of political and perhaps economical agendas. Therefore, we have to stick to the preliminary source of information at our own hands.
liveitupalways05 7 months ago
@ChilSeongGeom
Based on this fact, not opinion, Takeshima is our territory historically.
liveitupalways05 7 months ago
@liveitupalways05 exactly, he mentioned Oki. It wouldn't make sense if a sudden mention of Ulleung was made and it was suddenly incorporated into "此州". Ulleung or Dokdo were never part of any "州", rather if you examine other records, a "國" in ancient times, using the old Kanji for the term, and like I said, if that's true, why don't the Japanese use the book to support their argument? (Take a look and compare these records to the Samguk Sagi and the Mangi Yoram, it's all useful study.)
ChilSeongGeom 7 months ago
@ChilSeongGeom oh, and read the message, pl0x.
ChilSeongGeom 7 months ago
@ChilSeongGeom The bottom line is Takeshima was returned to Japan after the war. In 1952, I Seung-man declared unlawfully that Takeshima is Korean territory and occupied with force. Til 1965, 44 Japanese crews were killed and 3,929 others were kidnapped by the Korean forces
The international community based on the Treaty including Rusk document recognized that Japan has sovereignty over Takeshima island. This is the reason Korean government refused to settle it in ICJ.

@liveitupalways05
ChilSeongGeom 7 months ago
reply to these with PROPER arguments, and I will consider your argument valid.

ChilSeongGeom 7 months ago
@ChilSeongGeom . <Explain to me why Japanese maps before the 20th Century display Dokdo as Korean?
well, you asked this ditsy question, so I gave you five maps. The point here is how precise those maps were complied.
The Korean government has claimed that Uzan-tou (于山島) is Takeshima. Take a look at your 朝鮮八道総覧之圖1652-1767! It shows that Uzan-tou is located just north of Utsuryou-tou. Takeshima is as i said Takeshima is actually located about 92 km in the south east of Utsuryou-tou.
liveitupalways05 7 months ago
@ChilSeongGeom <The Koreans had maps of Tsushima in their maps, does that make Tsushima Korean?
No I don't think so.
Look at your map, 白君河原図! On this map, uzan-tou is depicted in the due west of Utsuryou-tou. The sizes of two island are drawn to be almost same. It means this map is totally incorrect, so I wonder how Korea could claim its sovereignty over Takeshima without the knowledge of its whereabouts back then.
Please allow me put my opinion in a point blank way. Your people are a joke..
liveitupalways05 7 months ago
@liveitupalways05 oh, and one more thing - you gave me five maps - one of which wasn't even before 1905, but 1975. Korea has no less than forty Japanese maps which support its argument.
For more info, go to w w w . d o k d o - t a k e s h i m a . c o m
Sorry for the weird link, but Youtube wont let me post.
ChilSeongGeom 7 months ago
@ChilSeongGeom <one of which wasn't even before 1905
thank you for pointing it out. it's not 1975, but 1779.I have no idea how many maps like that were there. I believe that precision of maps indicates how well compilers had a thorough knowledge of the area and relative positions of islands However, . I am not sure what the meaning of the number implies.
Can you logically elaborate the meaning of your line, "Korea has no less than forty Japanese maps which support its argument." ?
liveitupalways05 7 months ago
@ChilSeongGeom
If the relative position of Utsuryou-tou and Takeshima on those maps is wrong, it just shows that Korean did not have sufficient survey on the area.
liveitupalways05 7 months ago
ChilSeongGeom 7 months ago
@ChilSeongGeom <i. Dokdo isn't mentioned anywhere in the SFT,
The excerpt of Treaty of Peace with Japan CHAPTER II TERRITORY Article 2 (a) is as follows
Japan recognizing the independence of Korea, renounces all right, title and claim to Korea, including the islands of Quelpart, Port Hamilton and Dagelet.
The treaty, which confirmed that Takeshima was Japanese territory by excursion of Takeshima from the territories to be returned to Korea , was signed by Japan and 48 other nations.
liveitupalways05 7 months ago
@liveitupalways05 I'm sorry, but now I really know you're an idiot. On the SFT, true, Dokdo wasn't mentioned, but so were about 3000 other outlying islands off the Korean Coast. Are those Japanese too, then?
And I'm not talking about independent academics here - I'm talking about the most reliable source of US policy of all - the US government. They said themselves it's not right to assert that the US had enough historical understanding at the time of Rusk.

ChilSeongGeom 7 months ago
@ChilSeongGeom <Why do you always change the subject to all this irrelevant shit?
For last one week, I've never changed the subject, but explained the reason why Takeshima is Japanese territory. You are simply saying this because you can't make valid argument against the fact that the Imperial Ordinance No. 41 of 1900 did not refer the placement of our Takeshima under the jurisdiction of Korea. This fact was surfaced from the article in old Korean newspaper (皇城新聞) dated July 13 1906.
liveitupalways05 7 months ago
@ChilSeongGeom < YOUR PEOPLE KILLED MILLIONS. HA. AND YOU GUYS WON'T EVEN APOLOGISE.
You want to change the subject.? For your information, it is officially recorded that two emperors and 11 PMs apologized to Korean, china and other nations altogether 16 times other than ODA and monetary compensation for the war time aggression. How you play with this political card, Takeshima remains to be our territory.
I knew you would freak out, because your argument, mate, was falling to bits. LOL
liveitupalways05 7 months ago
@ChilSeongGeom <On the SFT, true, Dokdo wasn't mentioned, but so were about 3000 other outlying islands off the Korean Coast. Are those Japanese too, then?
Yang You Chan requested. the US to amend the said article 2(a) to include Dokdo and Parangdo additionally and specifically to be a part of territory to return to Korea. The US turned him down flat based on the said ground. Are you now saying we have a dispute over 3000 more islands in the Sea of Japan in addition to Takeshima?
liveitupalways05 7 months ago
@ChilSeongGeom @ChilSeongGeom <And I'm not talking about independent academics here - I'm talking about the most reliable source of US policy of all - the US government.

@ChilSeongGeom
The excerpt of the letter dated July 19, 1951from Korean to the US for the request of amendments the the draft of the treaty as follows:
1. My Government requests that the word “renounces” in Paragraph a, Article Number 2, should be replaced by “confirms that it renounced on August 9,1945, all right, title and claim to Korea and the islands which were part of Korea prior to its annexation by Japan, including the island Quelpart, Port Hamilton, Dagelet, Dokdo and Parangdo.”
liveitupalways05 7 months ago
@ChilSeongGeom
The excerpt of the reply by Rusk to the letter dated July 19, 1951from Korean to the US for the request of amendments the the draft of the treaty is as follows:
As regards the island of Dokdo, otherwise known as Takeshima or Liancourt Rocks, this normally uninhabited rock formation was according to our information never treated as part of Korea and, since about 1905, has been under the jurisdiction of the Oki Islands Branch Office of Shimane Prefecture of Japan.
liveitupalways05 7 months ago
@liveitupalways05 "was according to our information"
well, it seems the Americans never read Imperial Ordinance No. 41, issued as an edict by the Emperor of Korea in 1900, FIVE YEARS PRIOR to Shimane's illegal incorporation of Dokdo - illegal because Dokdo was never a terra nullius, as asserted by Japan.
Your argument, mate, is falling to bits.
ChilSeongGeom 7 months ago
@ChilSeongGeom
The argument on Imperial Ordinance No. 41, issued as an edict by the Emperor of Korea in 1900 is a twice-told tale.
Do you think Yang sent out the request for amendment to the states government and just sit in his office and check the reply in mail box everyday? LOL Everybody who discussed about Takeshima issue all knows this.
liveitupalways05 7 months ago
@ChilSeongGeom
On the other hand, Takeshima was placed under the Japanese jurisdiction in 1905.The fact was concurred by all the parties including you and Korean government.
liveitupalways05 7 months ago
@ChilSeongGeom In 2008, one local Japanese paper made a report on the article on Ishijima dated July 13 1906 in Korean newspaper (皇城新聞), which said Utsduryou-tou was promoted to utsuryou gun (郡) including Chikusho(竹嶼) and ishijima (石島).The are measured 60 ri(里)from its east to west and 40 ri (里) from north to south.
In South Korea, however, the ri (里) currently in use is a unit taken from the Han li. It has a value of approximately 392.72metres, being exactly one tenth of Japanese ri.
liveitupalways05 7 months ago
@ChilSeongGeom
From Korean li= approx 400m, we can conclude the size of utsuryou-gun (郡) in km is 24 kim from the east to west and 16km from its north to south.
Takeshima is actually located about 92 km in the south east of Utsuryou-tou.
Therefore, It was proved that ishijima referred under Imperial Ordinance No. 41 in 1900 was not takeshima.
liveitupalways05 7 months ago
@ChilSeongGeom <Did the Americans have any historical understanding of the argument? No. That's why the documents are unreliable.
The state department has its own archives over the issue. Apart from that, some of research institutes such as Cornell, UC Berkley, and University of Hawaii have very capable academics and excellent resources in Asian study. The states government was able to reasonably concluded that Takeshima be the territory of Japan based on the all those resources.
liveitupalways05 7 months ago
@liveitupalways05 You're making stuff up here - I read myself that American studies concluded that it was CONTROVERSIAL to assume that America had sufficient historical understanding at said era.

liveitupalways05 7 months ago
@ChilSeongGeom <iii. Did the Americans have any historical understanding of the argument? No. That's why the documents are unreliable.
Beside, You are not able to provide any objective evidences showing that the states government lacked knowledge and information to judge on the issue. You just try to discredit the states government to justify your wishful personal view and to deny the fact that sovereignty of Takeshima by Japan.
liveitupalways05 7 months ago
@liveitupalways05 Well, even though there were edicts released by Korea prior to 1905, which were authentic resources, America never read them. You still think they had enough historical understanding?
ChilSeongGeom 7 months ago
@ChilSeongGeom <You still think they had enough historical understanding?
The argument on Imperial Ordinance No. 41 was inconclusive til 2008. Now it's proved that Ishijima was not Takeshima.
Therefore, it shows that decision made by the US government based on the fact that takeshima has never been treated as part of Korea and, since about 1905, has been under the jurisdiction of the Oki Islands Branch Office of Shimane Prefecture of Japan.was correct
liveitupalways05 7 months ago
@ChilSeongGeom
The treaty is still valid to this date and the fact that Japan has sovereignty of Takeshima is acknowledged by the international community.
This is the bottom line of the issue.
liveitupalways05 7 months ago
@ChilSeongGeom Reposted: here is the english traslation of the context from Classic Japanese for your info
@ChilSeongGeom
It is a very logical classic Japanese paragraph.
liveitupalways05 7 months ago
@liveitupalways05 It's not classical Japanese, it's Classical Chinese, the lingua franca of the time.
So you can't translate it as if it's modern Japanese Kanji usage, because the meanings as well as the Kanji themselves are way too different for comparison.
Face it, it's a fact that the translation I provided is accepted. Read anywhere - have you read ANY LEGITIMATE theory suggesting it should be read otherwise? Ask Hosaka Yuji. I believe he's Japanese-background.

@ChilSeongGeom
>why don't the Japanese use the book to support their argument?
In territorial issue, of course recent events carry heavier weight.
>Yang You-chan negotiated with Rusk to CONFIRM the RENUNCIATION of Japanese sovereignty over Dokdo! I.E. KOREA WAS STATING DOKDO WAS KOREAN TERRITORY.
Earlier you said this. Now you says that "Err I didn't read all the Rusk documents. I just saw a summary of them on google somewhere.".
I hope you sort out one's opinion and facts.

Well, the Japanese use Shogunate-era documents to try to confirm their claim, because the more ancient the sources, the more valid the claim. So why not use the book?

The Dongguk Yeojiseungram, 1481: Records that Dokdo was Korean-owned. The Onshu Shicho Goki, 1677: Japanese survey stating that Dokdo was Korean. The Germans don't want Olympic games! The IOC is NOT welcome in Germany!
Only 56% Germans want Olympic-games, in pyeongchang 92%!!!
The reason is clear:
What advantage has someone living in Berlin or Hamburg, if he has to pay more taxes für Olympic games, which are in Munich?
So: Dear IOC, keep away from Germany and go to Pyeongchang!
IN Germany you will get big trouble with a big opposition, in Pyeongchang the people will love you!
