This is very true, I didn't think of that. But there is also a clause that allows musicians to use the same music as long as they change like every eighth note or something. (I don't remember exactly. But we learned about this loophole in my college Music Appreciation class.) So it happens a lot. I think whoever holds the rights to the Grocho Marx quote should sue them BOTH! And while we are talking about law suits, I think the Eagles should sue the Bellamy Brothers for using the EXACT same music in this song as in the Eagles "Lyin' Eyes." You can't sue someone from "stealing" from you when you "stole" the property from someone else to begin with! This from someone who likes Britney and the Bellamy Brothers.

This is very true, I didn't think of that. But there is also a clause that allows musicians to use the same music as long as they change like every eighth note or something. (I don't remember exactly. But we learned about this loophole in my college Music Appreciation class.) So it happens a lot. I just think it is silly for them to sue anyone for stealing something they stole first. LOL.

Pero la melodía vocal del estribillo es la mism, y casi que la letra también.
