I love Marianne Faithful, I think she needed something better for her music, she has something special, if she had an outrageous band to back her she had what it took to be a mega star!!! Of course she'll always be a mega star to me!!!

Truthfully she got involved with the in crowd became an addict. Marginal talent at best produced a few great songs took her a long time to clean her life up. I still like listening to her don't paint her as some sort of martyr.

@TheTabellarius I think if you take the time to listen to her work you can hardly call her marginal. I have 120 tracks off 20 different albums that run the gamut of her career. Her voice is sexy and melodic and unique. it has improved with age like any great instrument. She is a jewel to be enjoyed. No auto tune necessary. and I agree with you. Lose the martyr stuff people
