Well..... I wasn't thinking about it, but suddenly it looks like I might be doing pizza for New Years. Great video, Hilah! The dough looks like it handles better than other recipes I've tried, and the finished pizza looks killer!

Timing is perfect. Gotta make a beer run tomorrow, so I'll pick up a coupla missing ingredients (mainly the bread flour), get the dough done, and it'll be ready to rock and roll Saturday night. Have a Happy One!

I had pizza party at my house. I provided all the dough and cheese had everyone bring their toppings they like. We kept making pizza all through the night it was great. Wish I d had two ovens though but it was great party plan.

How do you store the extra pizza dough and how long will it keep?

What an awesome lesson of how to form a pizza with a crust. I didn't know this, I always use a rolling pin to form the bread base, I am willing to make my next pizza now to try this way of forming the base with a rimmed crust. What a happy and helpfull video!
