What language do you want? If it is preloaded in the syestem, you can find language in the settings. Otherwise, you need to upgrade it.

For my experience, this one is quite stable. The return rate is very low. And since it is a quadband phone, it can support AT&T well. Kindly note that this phone is very mini, therefor the catacters is smaller compare to the normal ones.

You can also consider these ones: compass 3GS, or KT390. You can find them on our homepage.

Then I've got second one (my wife crazy about this small size!) and it doesn't have even all settings function on the screen what it has in the manual book???? How we can use it? Hopefully it works, you can call, receive call, set up alarm and make a pics! But it has completely different options from any one I can see on your video and I can not set up a lot of options what I have in the owner's manual???

You mean the start tone. Some phones may have a set to change it. Please try to find it in the settings. But I'm not sure about that.

You don't need to use the stylus to use the phone. You can also use your fingers. It is a quadband phone, and so it can work for AT&T sim cards. If you want to send picture messgs, you need to have a GPRS plan with your carrrier first. It should have a web browser. If it can't be used, you can download one. You can set an individual rightone for every contact.

The Ka09 is also called ka08+ on our website. The Ka09 supports anolog TV function, which the Ka08 can't. And it is newer. But each people have their own taste.

connect the phone to PC via USB.. Wait for the popup.. click view all files.. Open the files you want to add on to the phone from PC.. drag and drop what ever you want from pc folder to phone folder!

There is a short cut to the phone book. When in call mode, on the bottom left there is a person icon, touch that and you have your phone book.. My problem is, i can't figure out how to get it back to ring. it's on vibrate???? All my ring settings are good.. it's just that it's on vibrate. Anyone know how to change that option?

Thanks for the short cut to phone book. For your problem, have you tried this: go to settings, then phone settings, scroll down to vibrate, you will notice at the right side of just below it it will say either on or off. That is telling you which mode you have it in. Hope that helps.

you have to put a 1 in front of the number thats in your phone book

There are problems with this phone:

1/ The shortcuts function doesn't work. You can't change or add icons on the main menu.

2/ There is no quick name search in the phone book.

3/You can't access the calendar or alarm from the main menu (1st page).

Beware; Ebay sellers have pictures showing full icon menu different to actual phone. There are several versions of this phone but unfortunately there is no version number printed on the phone anywhere.
