you need to bear in mind that there were mountains so that means you need to do a good maneuver till the runway i congrulate the pilots because they did it well spite of the lack of altitude, it happends to the pilots somethimes.

yeah he flared alittle more than neccessary because his VS was too low and he was gonna land on the runway threshold, which is not supposed to happen

It's better to land on a landable threshold then to dangerously pitch the plane above 3-4deg as you can damage the planes wheels and/or fuseluge.
