hey bro! nice, but u need to work on ur form. and over all KEEP UR HANDS UP. punch higher as well, ur not gonna be fighting a 10 year old, ull prolly be fighting someone taller than u. and work on ur body hits. destroy the body, and the head will fall.also do some workouts for upper body strength to put some power in those punches, and ull be straight ^-^ i can help u if u want, just message me. good luck bro ^-^

@kenshkensh09 it's a combo kit, the 100lb heavy bag comes with a ringside stand, we just got it at Canadian Tire, took a while to assemble.. nice bag though~
