boys are this way too because they deep down they want to feel that way about a girl, but there's so much hype on 'slamming' as u all say, that they are too 'butch, macho, BOYS' to admit it. now, when these boys, turn into MEN, it's a different story.
I think they are like that because of a mixture of low self esteem, or maybe a lack of confidence, and that guys always slam each other. I honestly feel that it is an actual threat to guys and their friends if they take particular interest in one girl all of a sudden than instead of the usual many.
If you have a boy you like, or girl, and their friends are always being so, just, mean to them, it makes you mad and you are like, "why the hell are you friends with that guy?"
And then boys get defensive because they want to be loyal to their friends, and then they're mad at you because they think you're just being a controlling girl or something. It makes me sad. :_( I guess maybe they think it's a threat to their relationship and the time they'll spend together? I don't knwo, I always felt like it was just natural to spend more time with your lover than your friends, like, they are your most important person.
Because they want to have their cake and eat it too. When he's interested, it's ok for the girl to be. When he's not, get out of his face. It's not cool to like a girl in front of your friends. Bah!
