well your questions i can answer, the laser fencing is a support power you need to bulid an operations center and gdi command post, and your

second question, it is a gdi M.A.R.V you can bulid it when you bulid the marv prouduction plant but you can only build one :(.

Very nice. The points i loved about this film were the two juggernauts scratching themselves at the beginning of the film and the small cutscenes showing the ZOCOM just doing everyday life and eradicating tiberium. Stayed true to your vision definately =D
