Right now steam want 49.95 euro for red alert 3,works out at $64.43 or £46 at todays exchange rate.

An online retailer in the UK is selling the same game for 20 euros, works out at todays rate at $26.46 or £18.99. I might have to pay 4 euro postage (to Spain) but Im still paying less than half the money!

Steam are simply ripping off their customers.

They should sell their products in dollars to be taken from the credit/debit card at the exchange rate at the time of purchase.

Me as an EU citizen (Hungary) always must suck the cocks of US retailers who are using the 1€=1$ exchange rate for us, and then I must pay the VAT, and the transaction fee between € and Forint (i should pay about 1,5 more than they, and the real income for a person is about the 1/10th of a US or core-EU citizen)Im also fucked by the common EU market which is for example flooding our food stores with low quality import shit which cant be sold in anywhere else.

Totaly wrong mate. It's not the same, $10 is not the same value as €10, therefore you dont work equally hard to make them. You're norwegian like me, so I guess you understand €10 is NOT the same as 10 NOK(Norwegian Kroner). €1 is worth about 9 NOK.

And if your statement had been true, it wouldn't have been the developers that got "screwed over", it would have been the online stores like "Steam".
