  • these big city FD'S have tons of man power which as in this case it is easier to fight a fire it is towns like Gary In which are really busy and who had lost half their dept because of layoffs which work that much harder it's amazing 4 guys get laid off in pittsburgh the Iaff president goes there any other dept of less than 500 personnel are nothig to him
