Just to let you know, at some point in the future they are going to require a code to get onto the airport grounds. For now, though, you can still park at T'bird. If you pull up and the gate is closed, you'll know they've switched.

Park at Thunderbird Aviation. They won't chase you away - there's always 2-3 people there at noon eating in their cars watching planes take off and land.
I also go to the thunder bird parking lot i have access and watch planes do there thing on 18 and 36 heres one of my videos from there.

Thanks for the tip! I didn't know how strict they were with civilians pulling up to watch. Will definitely do that next time. Thanks again.
