look dude ima load up a video of my daily workouts my form is correct and everything when i lift weights too, i want u to watch it, it only took me littertly 6 months to get to were i am,,......like i said started with 10 pounds and got to 100 in each arm then 500 in each arm, after i was able to pick up 10 pounds 100 reps like nothing i went up to 20 pounds, and now i do that like nothing anyways ....ima make a video this week well just keep working at it too dont give up
oh and 1 more thing dude, i started out with 10 pounds doing that 100 reps, wen i got to 100 reps i went up to 500 reps wen i did that went to 1000, reps .....then i started doing 20 pounds, till i got to 200 reps, then 500 reps of just 20lbs, now im doing 30 pounds 50 reps .... i did all this in just 6 months!!!

Haha I'm 15 years old and I just STARTED and I can do 20lbs (10kg) 30times in each arm and 25lbs (12.5kg) 10times at the moment!
And this is like my 2nd day of doing dumbells and I do them fucking propperly and I don't fucking pull my weight bak so I can pull em up! I don't even stop...
He's jerking to much you need to do it slow perfect form matters!!!
