Thank you alot haha a bit past Yule, but the meditation tip is very helpful. I always love learning more about meditation cause I had an amazing exprience meditating once lol but thats a long story. A big help meditating for me was something I found. Look up Deepak Chapra, he's a hindu guy that does some online meditation things (click on libray on his page) they are so great! lol
