Is that what you west coast railfans have to hear now at railroad crossings? Sounds like a fake bell almost, a recording playback of a bell at 0:29? I think its just a different bell on the crossing? You can hear one in the distance at 0:17 that has a higher pitch than the one we hear now at 0:29! BTW that dispatcher sounds like a guy from my neck of the woods on the CSX! Great vid!

Only on UP. UP has been putting those really nasty E bells on all their crossings, the ones BNSF uses sound a lot better.
