@metalmagic213 metal you can almost tell how the kitchen will be kept just by tasting a variety of their food... it it tastes very fresh and like care was put into it you can generally assume they are taking care of the kitchen as well... but beyond that feel free to ask your server to see the kitchen... any place that is being taken care of properly will be happy to show you around. If they don't want customers to see how they work and the workspace they have something to hide.

Great show, I love Hells Kitchen and now I love this one too. This guys restaurant made me loose my appetite for dinner.

i went to this place a long time ago and not only was it very high priced but the food was so bland and tasteless i vowed to never go back again. then this came and confirms everything

@Synh6416 Someone who has maggots in their fridge, will always have maggots no matter what else changes in te menu and the service and god knows what else. Ramsey cannot stop anyone from being a pig

@H: i dont think he fakes gagging, esp. when he spends what looks like 10-15 min.s in a small room filled w/ mold & maggots and thinking about how he ate stuff that came out of this refrigerator room.
