This is one cool vid.

I've been at malpasset twice and I've been flabbergasted by it's size and how this tragedy could occur. Not dropping the water level because of construction site for the freeway further down the river that COULD get wet. Interrupting the project so that one part of concrete could dry and other parts could be later atached.... all the warnign signs ignored....
