A swoją drogą, Rosja jest ogromna , walki trwały na całej szerokości frontu , to i wraków jest pełno, w większości jeszcze nie zbadanych. U nas po klęsce 39r. większość wraków została pozbierana przez nazistowskich i sowieckich zaborców, przerobiona na złom lub odremontowana (jeżeli było to możliwe), następnie zasilała zasoby np. rumuńskiej armii . Złom pochodzący z okresu "4 pancernych i psa" :-) po rozpierdusze zazwyczaj był zabierany przez "przyjaciół" ze Wschodu i wywożony wgłąb ZSRR.

Tak , jak patrzę to wnioskuję , ze pilot tego Fw-190 musiał awaryjnie lądować. Oczywiście wtedy nie było tam tych drzew , inaczej rozpadłby się na kawałki a tu proszę, elegancki, niemal w jednym kawałku, tępy nos Focke - Wolfa :-) Otwarta kabina i zasobniki w kadłubie świadczą o tym, że pilot wydostał się z samolotu , po czym wziął niezbędne graty i poszedł wpizdu :-) ....albo, ze już go splądrowali jacyś ciekawscy poszukiwacze przygód :-)

Witam kiedyś na stronach anglojęzycznych znalazłem dokładniejszą informację na temat tego co się tu stało. Otóż samolot ten runął zanim doleciał na miejsce. Powodem był sabotaż przeprowadzony przez pracujących w fabryce więźniów hitlerowskich. Dokładniej został zatkany szmatą jeden z kanałów olejowych i silnik uległ zatarciu. Pilot ocalał ale dostał się do niewoli. Wojnę jednak przeżył i opowiadał o tym zdarzeniu. Zapomniałem jego nazwiska ale jak znajdę to się wpiszę tu

W Rosji są miejsca gdzie całe dywizje wojska leża po lasach niepochowane i to własnego sowieckiego wojska o Niemcach nie wspominając. Do tej pory to sama przyroda je przykryła. Bitwy się toczyły w różnych odległych miejscach, po głębokich lasach. W czasie wojny być może nie było komu chować poległych? A po wojnie władza radziecka nie kwapiła się do pochówków. Dopiero teraz powstają w Rosji stowarzyszenia zajmujące się poszukiwaniem miejsc bitew i szczątków poległych. Zresztą u nas jest podobnie

Filmed in 1989 outside of St. Petersburg, Russia and recovered in 1991 and then sold to begin restoration. Purchased by Flying Heritage Collection and it is being restored to pristine original condition using as much of the original aircraft as possible. The restoration is mostly complete and the plane completed the first test flight on Dec. 1, 2010. After more tests it will be painted in the same colors it had when it crashed and is supposed to fly next year at the FHC museum.

Wypadek na odludziu w grupie młodych drzew, które szybko rosły i ukrył się w samolocie. Uszkodzeniami złamał skrzydło spar i innych konstrukcji skrzydła i nie było innych drobnych uszkodzeń. MG17 brakowało broni wraz z innymi małe części, ale w inny sposób bardzo kompletny. Restauracja ma zostać zakończony w przyszłym roku, gdy samolot ma być niesprawny.

Just outside St. Petersburg in 1989. The plane was moved in 1991 and has been undergoing restoration to original condition for many years. It is now being competed in the US and will join a museum collection there next year.

Not fake:

Fw190A-5 Werk Number 1227, White A 4./JG54. Crashed July 19, 1943 while returning from a mission to bomb a train.

The pilot Paul Rätz is assumed to have walked to the Luftwaffe base a few miles away, but may have been killed or captured and is listed as MIA.

The plane was removed in 1991 and restored in both the UK and the US. It is now in the US for the final work. Debris in the engine oil lines indicates that engine sabotage may have caused an engine failure.

To those curious, this FW-190 crashed outside Leningrad (now St. Petersberg) in 1943. It was rediscovered in the late 80s (though apparently locals knew of its existence), salvaged and ultimately sold to an American air museum, who have since cosmetically restored it, and hope to get it into flying condition eventually (the famous pilot/aircraft restorer Paul Allen is the current owner).

those tanks are cared for. they are routinly painted and taken care of. though they would be the same only rusty if they were left uncared for. there are some t-34s above the chinese border that were left from WWII and uncared for and exposed to ocean air they are in great condition

I wonder how this FW190 has been preserved for 60 or so years. Probably German technology was at a cutting edge for the Nazi period, even the German crest, the markings and the Nazi's symbol are still visable.Very awsome and cool  find.

This is normal decay for any plane it doesnt make German tech a cutting edge, watch the video "T34 raising from a grave" they pulled Russian T-34 out of a pond in the woods, even the paint stayed on, it looks even better then this FW190. So does that mean that Russian tech was even more superior than German Tech? This is normal decay rate for any combat machine, 60 years not gonna turn it into pile of rust.

It was restored in the UK by JME aviation and now resides in USA. It is somewhere on the eastern seaboard and has been there for just over a year.

In 1988, a collector found the Focke-Wulf where Rätz had left it, his helmet still resting on the seat. Rätz died in 1989, never having learned that his airplane had been recovered. But his family did—and, it turns out, they still have the clock.

A Vintage Wings technician dismantling the 190's BMW 801 engine found a clod of dirt in an oil line downstream from the oil filter. This had evidently been the reason for the forced landing: Lack of lubrication had caused the crash.

Flash back to July 19, 1943. Two Fw 190s were attacking a Russian supply train bound for Leningrad when the engine of one quit. The pilot, Sergeant Paul Rätz, glided to a safe landing. He left his flying cap on the seat but took the airplane's panel clock with him. Trying to make his way back to German lines, he was captured a few miles away and remained imprisoned in Russia for 16 years before finally returning to Germany.
