Halo 3 - Skulls - Grunt Birthday Party

The Grunt Birthday Skull doesn't show up on mine I go to the spot but it doesnt show in the spot ...Any ideas.

Thanks for the vid it really cleared things up after reading a walkthrough. Now to all u dumbshits who cant make it work. Whenever you go skull hunting u need to start at the beginning of the level on Normal or higher, get the skull and do a successful save and quit wether u finish the level or just wnt to stop u need to save and quit. Also the effect is not instantaneous in other words TURN THE DAMN THING ON!!!!

u go into the campaign menu (where u select levels etc..) and press X. Then a menu will come up showing u the skulls you have unlocked and u just activate them by pressing A

go onto the main menu on halo 3, then click campaign menu, then press X and thisll bring up a menu of skulls you've collected, now click on the b-day grunt one, then click 'turn on'
