its correct... she attended the bolshoi ballet academy... she now dances as a principal with the bolshoi. ummm a good way 2 lose weight might be eating healthy... NO TREATS... eat plenty of fats b4 class and work ur ASS OFF... dont try anorexia... i kno from experience... u will get weak and will be terrible also it takes a while for u 2 lose weight with that..ur body will jus store all the fat until it senses u arent eating and then will eat away at ur body.also ur hair will start falling out

reduce your portions slowly and increase the number of meals/snacks you have... keep to low and no fat though. also, avoid carbs at night or in the evening and do not exercise on a full stomache (have a small, lihgt snack before you excercise so your body uses excess fat for energy). keep away from caffiene, fat, sugars and too much protien. but never starve yourself k! worked for me...:)

I know a few tips, I have that problem too:

1. Make a grand plie in 2nd possition but lying in the floor facing down, placing your feet against the wall, it hurts like hell, but try to stay there and relax.

2. Slow ronds de jambes a terre can also help, then do it en lair and en fondu...

3. Another... tendú devant, turn in, turn out, close to 5th, then a la second, and to arabesque a terre...
