I think this is one of the best episodes of AOSTH for a number of reasons. There are a lot of priceless one liners, a lot of humorous images, and moments that just make you laugh.

For example:

-Robotnik jumping up and down and freaking out.

-Scratch and Grounder's fan letter.

-Robotnik pulling a brick out of his eye.

-The whole scene where Sonic meets Tails.

-Sgt. Doberman yelling at Sonic and Tails and talking about how his wife needs new glasses for target practice...
