I laugh at the fact that people think fast mental math calculation is some kind of inherited talent or some accident of nature. FAST MENTAL CALCULATION IS A TECHNIQUE!! it can be trained just like your muscle cells. The more you train it the more conditioned it becomes. I personally can do fast mental math, not quite as fast but it's due to my lack of motivation to practice.
