omg poor robert! i agree hes a person like the rest of us and like the rest of us would be flattered that all these ppl are screaming for you but at the same time these fans need to know when to shut the hell up. and like the rest of us our ears would be bleeding! but hey at least he was able to handle the situation to the best of his ability i mean theres not much you really can do when all the love-struck teens are screaming for your attention =/ probably the downside of playing edward huh...
i was there. i met him at the signing, which i only got to talk to him for a split second. i said one thing and he said thank you and that was it. but the Q & A was just INSANE. i couldn't hear myself think. Neither could rob. i felt sooo bad. he was petrified. he was plugging his own ears the screaming was SOOO LOUD!!! and you couldnt even hear what he was sayin :(
this is so sad, i really felt sorry for him. he looked so scared and its funny because they said that he would stay longer if he felt safe and he was out of there asap because no one would shut up. and then when he asked why we like him people came back with because your hot blah blah blah, cant you tell he was freaked out. i would never want to meet him at something like this. i was scared for him.
I honestly don't think he was going to stay any longer than he did - I think they were saying that so they could try to calm the crowd down. That was a stupid thing to think. I was actually saying to my co-workers today that I felt really bad for him. But what can you do when you get a bunch of pre-pubescent girls obsessed with him all in the same room? Not much. If he keeps doing low budget indie-films, he'll be okay. Little girls don't keep up with that kind of stuff.
Wow. that must of been interesting. During school you could hear fire trucks and sirens passing by to get to the mall. Did you actually get to meet him?
It was pretty insane. I didn't get a chance to meet him. I arrived at the mall at 4:45am to get a wristband to meet him because the wristbands were supposed to be sold at 7:30am, but they were sold around midnight because there was already 1500 people there. I was pretty pissed when I got there and they were all gone. :[
Oh that stinks. Like I was supposed to go but they were sold out of wrist bands. Its crazy how people who live so close to that mall (like me) don't get to go to these things but people from Canada and Iowa do.
