I can't see Junie getting a third chance. Being an asshole while drunk is something that can be forgiven. Being a sober asshole is just pathetic. He clearly has no control and is a danger to the other fighters. Dana obviously doesn't want to get rid of him because of the talent and marketability, but at some point you have to say enough is enough.

good recap. after watching it my views on junie have changed. dana is right about junie, he is a punk and messed up. You seem him as a nice guy when dana is talking to him but when hes upset/mad he looses it,its obvious he has anger issues,like serious ones that overtake him. The man should be ruled to anger management/counseling before allowed back on this show. i say get rid of him.hes a punkass.

I started out liking Junie. He seems to be bent on exposing every unattractive characteristic he has:

- Cant control his booze

- He's a bully

- Can't control his temper

- He's a self pitying crybaby

- Overall mentally weak (LOL @ him trying to mess with Efrain's head and ends up messing with his own.)

I think it was Krzysztof who when speaking of Junie said "You can have skills and a heart, but if you don't have brains, you can't win fights. (Or something to that effect.)I pretty much agree.

Love your recaps of the show. Funny thing is I used to live with Junie in South Carolina.And still am in frequent contact with him. Believe it or not he may be one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. With the whole altercation at the end of show I honestly think the producers cut it up. I know Junie and trust me he wouldn't just jump the cage to just do it after everything that happened earlier in the week. I don't see Junie going home. I think he'll be ok.

I believe you man (about him being nice), and as someone who hasn't gone longer than a week without TV, Internet, Phone I can't say how hard I'd be to live with, but I'd like to think I'd keep out of the kind of trouble Junie gets into. :D

Hopefully he stays. I hate when people are out of the competition because of anything else but a loss.

My husband and I just love this show.

One thing I noticed during the fight last night was you could hear Frank Mir screaming in a panic throughout the whole fight, but if you listen to Big Nog he is yelling but you can hear that he is calm with his suggestions.

It just seems to me that the red team has a great relationship with their coaches, where as the blue team doesn't.

I couldn't believe Junie was given a 2nd chance and was already blowing it. Can't blame booze. Thanks for the recap.

Thanks for the recap. I recorded this episode to watch later but the fricken sound didnt record. Why the fuck did dana let Junie stay? He took shots at 6 guys and cut one guy with a glass. I hope someone takes him out so that dana can send him home after he fucks up with his dumb antics, because he will do more dumb shit.

No problem man. I think he may have let him stay because the house seemed to absorb most of his antics. I mean, I never expected Kyle to be as cool as he was about being cut, and no one threw hands with him when he pushed. Also, Dana might see a little Leben in him, although Leben was a lot more justified than this guy. And we as the viewer never know how much say network execs get when it comes to someone leaving, I know in a lot of reality shows they keep troublemakers around for ratings.

Junie acted like a totally jackass with his trash talking, pushing, and even crying like a baby. He's a complete embarrassment to the sport. Efrain can at least back it up since he won against that other drinking moron.
