yup. also he was too agressive. zangief should make others come to him, not the other way around. his offense is good, but his defense, and what he can do if someone just tries to attack him constantly are unparalleled.

I have played the arcade version of Street Fighter IV, and Rufus is the fastest character, even faster than Vega, so looks are deceiving.
