I am appalled as a mix baby. I have taken it upon myself to investigate both sides of the story, and I must say that I feel bad for both sides. there are laws that encourage single motherhood in their community. the choice of men the women choose are the types of men that do not have certain values to encourage a healthy family unit. but the problem is the woman. I am appalled as a mix baby. I have taken it upon myself to investigate both sides of the story, and I must say that I feel bad for both sides. My parents are interracial and I myself am on the lighter side, so I do receive hate but I have to say that I have met MANY black woman that are educated, beautiful etc but have to be strong because of the hurt that they hear on a daily basis. Part of it begins at home, parents have to make sure their children understand and value the importance of education. In most other races it isn't even a question rather their child is going to school or not. They are raised KNOWING school is something that must be done.

Another reason is because a lot are in poverty and how we see things education is a way out of that. I did it, why can't the black men complaining about educated black women not wanting them? I don't like school either, studying is not fun for anyone, but it's something that HAS to be done. Research, and facts show they by in large, a those who have college degrees make more money over time than those who do not have one.
